EXPERIMENT DETAILS Each experiment has details: Problem, Hypothesis, Timeframe, Typical Outcomes, Skill Growth Criteria LEVEL TRACKING The more you run an experiment, the higher your level in an experiment. Get a high enough level to become an experiment coach for new teams attempting experiments. ROLE SPECIFIC GUIDES Know the role you want to play? Find role guides and add those experiments to your plan! REPORTS View reports of your progress over time. Select the timeframe you are interested in viewing. COACH MODES Shadow coach mode and senior coach modes will allow you to generate codes for people to ascend above L2. No codes are needed for L0-L2. For L3 to L5, a shadow or senior coach needs to validate the quality of work to ensure high level individuals have at least one peer who advocates the quality of their work. VIDEO TUTORIAL View a tutorial on how to use the app. PREMIUM FEATURES No premium features exist yet. When they do, they will include things like: Participate in and view skill growth leaderboards Find an experiment coach Become a findable experiment coach Request skill level approval Grant skill level approval Generate fantasy teams And more!
