## What is Pocket Crew?

Pocket Crew turns the course GPX and the race's list of aid stations into a plan you can actually run: every station with an ETA, your buffer to each cutoff, what to eat between them, and a race-day screen that shows only what comes next.

Built by a trail runner for the ultra distance. Your plan and the race-day screen work with no signal, on the mountain, with the phone in your vest.

PLAN THE RACE
• Import the course GPX: distance, climbs and the elevation profile appear at once
• Add aid stations by typing the distance or placing them on the map
• Trail-aware pacing: grade, altitude, fatigue, night and heat shape every leg. Or use even pacing from one goal time
• Find Pace: enter a target finish and see the flat pace it needs, with a warning when that's faster than your own flat pace
• Cutoffs as clock times, the way races publish them, with your buffer at every station
• Loops and out-and-backs: a GPX waypoint you pass twice gets a row for each visit, and live tracking stays on the right lap
• Running the same race again? Start from last year's plan

FUEL & GEAR
• Hourly carb, fluid and sodium targets, suggested from your race time, the temperature and how salty you sweat
• Measure your sweat rate with a simple weigh-in test
• One tap fills the fuel plan to your target with the gels, drinks and real food you've tested and approved. Any brand
• A plain eating plan: what to eat every hour
• Gear library with shoe mileage, and a packing list per race with drop bags

RACE DAY
• Map-first live screen: next station, distance to go, ETA and your cutoff buffer, always in view
• Arrive and leave with one tap, a station timer, and a list of what to grab from your drop bag
• GPS auto-arrival, voice cues for turns and for each climb ahead, and an alert when you go off course
• Live Activity on the Lock Screen and in the Dynamic Island, with pause
• Fuel reminders that say what to eat, and play over your music
• Send Update: text your family your distance, next stop and finish time, with a map link, whenever you have signal
• Dim red night mode

TRAINING
• Plan long runs with checkpoints and stash points, or just press Record and go
• Splits per kilometer or mile, elevation, best efforts, and heart rate from a Bluetooth strap or Apple Health
• Share a safety plan before a long run: route, checkpoints, bail-out plan and emergency contact
• A short debrief that feeds back into your fuel and gear libraries
• Weekly distance, time and climb
• Ask Siri to start a run

AFTER
• Planned vs actual splits, time at aid stations, finish vs goal
• Runs and races saved to Apple Health; export a GPX for Strava in one tap
• A paced GPX for your watch, a printable pace card for your crew, or a wrist card
• A share image of your course and time
