### 5/5 — Help please

*2025-03-18, version 1.0.241*

Accidentally deleted the bunny pattern that comes with the app. How do I get it back without losing the other patterns I have already added? Thanks!

### 5/5 — Best Crochet Project Tool

*2024-12-20, version 1.0.228*

I love this app! I have it on my iPhone and Android and love that there is a sync feature. There is so much flexibility in how to store and track patterns, materials, time, progress, and customers. I’m always in the middle of multiple projects and travel while crocheting, so I’ve found this invaluable for helping me stay on-top of my projects across the board.

The developer is also incredibly responsive to questions and very helpful! The cost for features like cross-platform sync is extremely reasonable. So glad I found this app!

### 5/5 — The best!

*2024-09-28*

I love this app so much!! I’ve been using it for about a year now, and it’s still great!! So easy to use, and very pretty colors within the app. I like that I can add the hooks and yarns I used, because I always forget!! Thank you so much developers!!!!😍😍😍

### 5/5 — Amazing app

*2024-09-10*

I have been using this app for about a year. It has been integral to my crochet process. Thank you so much for creating and updating such a great app! The developer is also very responsive to any issues!

### 5/5 — Versatile Crochet Tool with Fantastic Support!

*2024-08-22*

I’ve been using this app for going on a year now and consider it an essential part of my crochet toolkit. Its row counters, timers, yarn library, and notes allow me to easily track multiple projects at once. I’m also able to seamlessly move between using the app on my iPhone and iPad. The best part is the developer support - not only does the app get frequent updates, but the developers themselves are responsive and helpful. I ran into a cloud sync issue recently so I emailed the team. Within an hour I received a response and they worked on the back end to resolve my issue. I will happily continue using and renewing my subscription with Pocket Crochet for a long time to come!

### 5/5 — Very happy with this app

*2024-07-31, version 1.0.200*

This app is so easy to use and I am able to store all my pdf patterns in one place! Works well for woobles

### 5/5 — Great app

*2024-06-03, version 1.0.191*

Great app that allows you to ‘write’ on your pattern. Would prefer not having to open notes at the end of each row to write and then close to be able to get the reading line up again but understand this may be a limitation unable to be worked around.

### 5/5 — Brilliant App

*2024-05-02, version 1.0.177*

This is so easy to use and keeps all my projects in one place.

### 5/5 — LOVE THIS APP

*2024-03-25, version 1.0.168*

This is perfect for what I needed. It was mentioned in one of the crochet groups and I am so glad

### 5/5 — Great App!

*2024-03-17, version 1.0.163*

This is the very best app I have found to inventory and organize patterns. Very user friendly and well thought out.

### 5/5 — Love the pocket crochet app

*2024-03-15*

My favorite part just may be the ability to add row markers. I didn’t have to reset my counter for both sleeves.

I didn’t realize I could also load my yarn supply into it.

There’s a knit app as well but for ease of use I think I will just use the one app. I just start each pattern title with crochet or knit. You can sort by title which would separate them. You can also add categories and search that way. I’m not disappointed at all with this app. I don’t know what bells and whistles other apps offer but I’m pleased with this one.

### 5/5 — This is THE crochet app

*2024-01-26*

I have yet to find a more functional and aesthetically pleasing app for storing my crochet info and projects. It can be used easily in so many ways, but I will have this app for as long as possible because it is invaluable. The amount of features there are really is impressive, I’ll be honest, there’s even extras for those super precise crocheters! A must have!

### 5/5 — Happiness

*2024-01-01, version 1.0.128*

I love this app; I’m a new to crochet and this app has come in so very handy.

## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated)

### 1/5 — Tutorial

*2025-12-26, version 1.0.264*

Are there tutorials on how to upload? I have several patterns I would like to save here, but cannot find where to download them.

### 1/5 — Help

*2025-05-13, version 1.0.247*

Does the timer work within the app or do I have to track my time then manually input it? This app seems great, but tracking one my progress length of completion was the primary purpose of purchasing.

### 1/5 — Stuck app

*2024-11-15, version 1.0.220*

Once I typed in all my words and added an image the page got stuck on the image and wouldn’t go back to main menu

### 2/5 — Great app!

*2024-10-29*

By far the best project app for crochet and knitting I've used. Only thing that they need to add to get a 5 is the ability to track the same projects across devices. I don't always have space to use my iPad and would love to be able to open the same project on my phone and pick back up where I left off. Otherwise great!

Update: not working in my iPhone anymore for some reason and no way to reach out to the developers

**Developer response:** Apologies for my late reply. Can you reach out to us at pocketcrochet@rickfleuren.nl?

### 2/5 — Can’t get back to my pattern

*2021-03-15, version 1.0.73*

Once I left this app to do something else, I was unable to get back into the one pattern that I had uploaded. Waste of time and effort.

### 3/5 — Pretty Good

*2025-12-01, version 1.0.264*

I like the row highlight feature and it’s great for the stash itemization. It would be great if there was a help section so you could look up issues you are having with the app.

### 3/5 — Recommendation!

*2021-03-02*

LOVE this app! This is the first app I downloaded to help out with organizing my crochet patterns and it did not disappoint! I only have a suggestion. Over the years I have collected so much yarn from thrift stores and projects that they are all mixed up! It would be great if there was a way to add a section where I can keep track of all of the types of yarns I have (like the brands, how many skeins I have, color, maybe an option to add a link to where to get the yarn, etc). I am aware that within each individual pattern I can jot down what yarn to use for that specific project, but it would be awesome if there was a section just dedicated to all the yarns themselves! It could be similar to those apps where you can take note of all the clothes in your closet. Other than that this app is a lifesaver! Im glad it exists.

### 4/5 — Great

*2024-06-08, version 1.0.191*

The app is awesome ut could you add beginner frendly stuff ? And more patterns beside that eveithing great

### 4/5 — Fantastic app

*2023-12-05*

This app is fantastic. My only suggestion is that I have wished, more than once, that I could take a note directly on the pattern itself using my Apple Pencil. I use this to keep track of where I'm at while doing mosaic crochet so I think it would be really great to grab my pencil and be able to jot a quick note in the side column instead of having to use the box under the pattern other than that...this app is wonderful.

### 4/5 — Great - suggestion

*2023-09-21, version 1.0.122*

Great app, but I have a few suggestions.

Add a part in details for yarn type/weight/.

On the main screen where you can see all your patterns, make visible somewhere each patterns hook size and yarn type.

Add the ability to filter by hook size/yarn type.

Add the ability to create folders.

Please🫶🏻

### 5/5 — My favorite app

*2026-05-29*

I use this app absolutely every day with every pattern!! I have patterns from Crochetree and Scribd, I have patterns from Lion Brand Yarn, and patterns I’ve taken pictures of. PDF, photo, it doesn’t matter, this app uploads it.

It has a counter that’s individual on every pattern as well as a line you can highlight your place and the ability to add notes.

Must have app for crocheting!

### 5/5 — Favorite app

*2026-05-23*

I use this app constantly while crocheting projects. I like that I can import & put them into categories; also love the row counter; on tapestry & intarsia crochet, the highlighters help tremendously. I can use the app on my phone or iPad—everything syncs.

### 5/5 — It’s free and it works

*2026-05-10*

Like the title says it’s free, no ads, no complaints. I upload patterns I find or pay for and use them as I need with simple tools like line highlighter and number counter so I don’t lose my spot if I set a project aside for months.

### 5/5 — Great crochet project app

*2026-04-12*

I love how I can add projects so easily from Ravelry or downloads or even create blank and add my own pictures and add notes. I have the free version which has multiple row counters and highlighters and a sliding bar to keep track of where I’m at on projects but I can tell the paid version is most likely worth the little money needed. I have just not made that plunge yet

### 5/5 — Love this app

*2026-03-25, version 1.0.270*

This is the best pattern keeper for crochet I’ve found and tried.

### 5/5 — Why Pocket Crochet is the best tool!

*2026-02-23, version 1.0.269*

Pocket crochet is just an awesome app that allows your creativity to flow and get creative. Pocket crochet is just extremely organised and so helpful when it comes to row counting , keeping track of your yarn and progress. Not only is there a crochet there are multiple that are just awesome. I would honestly rate this an 11/10 because I could get free patterns , helpful tips and I just feel an adopting sense of community which is hard to get in apps not socially but organically.Feeling organised just keeps everyone happy , calm and just focused to start and finish there goal. I don’t have any feedback except adding more patterns and just keep being the best app in the world!

### 5/5 — Amazing app!

*2026-02-08, version 1.0.267*

This has hands down got to be the best crochet app for tracking your projects. I love it.

### 5/5 — Great app. Highly recommend

*2025-10-15, version 1.0.253*

Absolutely love this app. Great for storing project patterns.

### 5/5 — Great app until it started cycling

*2025-05-21, version 1.0.247*

Awesome app. Love being able to put my patterns all in one place. Started cycling yesterday and is still doing it today. Ugh i need my patterns lol.

### 5/5 — So easy to use

*2025-04-13, version 1.0.241*

I teach 2 crochet classes each week, in the UK. I got everyone to download this brilliant app. It’s so easy to use and it keeps all your patterns and photos in one place. I contacted the designers when I first started using it because I wasn’t sure how to do something. They were so helpful and friendly so give it a go and ring them if you have any problems. It’s 5 stars from me and my Crochet Girls. Even me knitting friends are joining in now.
