## What is Pocket Grimoire?

Pocket Grimoire is a private, local-first sanctuary for Moon guidance, sourced devotional reference, and your personal practice.

EXPLORE YOUR LUNAR SANCTUARY

A realistic 3D Moon brings each phase into focus with detailed lunar surface imagery and lighting driven by on-device astronomy. Explore illumination, lunar age, approximate distance, and upcoming New Moon, quarter, and Full Moon times—even offline.

Browse fourteen nights, learn what is happening in the sky, and save a Moon reflection straight to your journal. Understand, Plan, and Devotion organize sky explanations, upcoming phases, and your selected path's devotional words. Return to Live now for the current Moon. Calculations refresh while the app is active and when you return to it.

CHOOSE YOUR SACRED PATH

Select Santa Muerte, Hecate, Brigid, Freyja, Isis, Aphrodite, or a deity-free Personal Practice. Each named path has its own atmosphere, opening words, save blessing, guides, common-supply references, and sourced Library. Explore stories and symbols, follow practical steps, and keep separate private path notes. The visible Change deity control makes switching easy without deleting your writing.

DOCUMENTED, NOT INVENTED

Reference entries identify their source, evidence type, locator, scope, and safety notes. Historical texts, contemporary devotional practices, and original reflections are labeled separately. A rite from one tradition is never relabeled for another deity. Where a lunar practice is not documented in this guide, the app says so.

KEEP YOUR OWN PRACTICE

Write simple Journal entries, build searchable Grimoire pages, remember petitions and promises, track supplies, and keep altar photos. Journal entries receive the date and Moon phase automatically. Library readers include step checkmarks, source details, copy-to-grimoire, and a space for reflection.

PRIVATE BY DEFAULT

Your writing and selected photos stay on your iPhone. No app account, advertising, analytics, or runtime generative-AI service is required. Optional Face ID or device-passcode locking and local backup/restore tools are included. Source links and Apple purchase services use the network for their respective functions.

Pocket Grimoire includes three days of full access. After the preview, a one-time 99¢ in-app purchase unlocks lifetime access. No subscription.

The lunar globe is a reference illustration, not a live telescope or a local moonrise, weather, or eclipse forecast. Device date and time must be correct. Spiritual and historical material is for reflection and record-keeping; it does not promise results or replace professional or emergency help.
