## What is Pocket GWAS?

Stand-alone search GWAS or find matching raw data SNPs in GWAS catalog and display parallel catalog data.

Choose from sample raw data files included in the Pocket GWAS app, or select a raw data file from your device. Current accepted raw DNA data formats: csv, .tsv, .txt

Search by SNP, trait, or gene. Use the Odds Ratio and/or P-value settings to filter data.

Sort search results by OR or P-value.

Print search results.

No wifi or internet connection used by Pocket GWAS. The GWAS catalog and all sample DNA data is contained within the app on your device.

All processing is done on your device. Any raw DNA data files you have stored on your device stay private on your device. The Pocket GWAS App removes your device files from app memory upon closing.
