But it’s just progressively gotten more glitchy, frequently bringing back tasks multiple times after marking them as completed, and not clearing out the list of completed tasks at the bottom. It is perfect! I have been using this app for years. I couldn’t live without it. I recently paid for the yearly subscription and now it glitches all the time! I open it and it closes almost immeasurably. It is so annoying. I have to shut down and reopen my phone for the app to work again. And not for long because soon it will shut down on me again. It is so bad that I am looking for another to do list app and will ask for a refund for my lifetime subscription. My most frequently used list is my packing list, which has about 50 items. Whenever I tried to check off or re-check items, things disappeared. It’s constantly stuck on updating mode, and when it does finally finish, my most important lists are missing. There is no customer support and no recent updates to fix the bugs. I tried to stay. Money wasted. Looking for recommendations for a better app. ### 1/5 — Хорошее приложение, но есть нюанс. *2026-04-07, version 2.11.4* «Если бы кто нибудь предупредил, что при удаление приложения с телефона будут и удалены все файлы с телефона (из папки Pocketlist в файлах), которые были добавлены в приложение к созданным спискам - было бы здорово знать это заранее, но как водится такой информации нет, все узнается империческим путем» Ваш сырой продукт в моменте просто заглючил и приложение стало закрываться через секунду после открытия на телефоне с последней установленной iOS 26.04, при этом за последние три года такого поведения приложения не наблюдалось. Конечно надо было делать резервные копии, но всем кто захочет в будущем приобрести этот продукт, следует знать, что все созданные и добавленные файлы в приложение к спискам, будут удалены без возможности восстановления, никакая синхронизация не помогает…. На моем примере я потерял три года информации, которая собиралась в течение этого времени. Наверное было бы лучше предусмотреть при удаление приложение с телефона - сохранение папки pockelist со всеми вложениями, для возможности решения на стороне пользователя: удалить вручную папку с телефона за ее ненадобностью, или повторное ее использование при переустановке приложения. На мой взгляд (опыт работы в IT - 13 лет, это недоработка продукта) и никакие отговорки про ограничения тут неприемлемы, все можно реализовать так или иначе. Very unhappy. ### 1/5 — Bug alerte sonore *2025-11-11, version 2.11.4* J’ai aimé la version gratuite alors j’ai souscrit à la version premium pour avoir les fonctions d’alertes sonores ainsi que sous-tâches. La fonction alerte sonore a fonctionné une seule fois et tout de suite après n’a plus fonctionné du tout pour aucune tâche. J’ai vérifié tous mes paramètres sons sur mon iPad et dans l’application, ainsi que le volume. Tout était activé. Mais aucune alerte sonore ne se produit. Aussi, je suis très déçue de constater qu’on ne peut pas choisir quelle tâche aura une alerte sonore. On doit choisir d’appliquer une alerte sonore soit à une liste entière, soit à une catégorie. Dommage, cela ne me paraissait pas clairement indiqué lors de mon achat. Avoir su je n’aurais pas choisi cette App car j’ai besoin de pouvoir choisir quelle tâche aura une alerte sonore…et bien entendu j’ai aussi besoin que l’alerte fonctionne! J’ai écris sur le forum plus d’une fois et il n’y a aucun suivi. Le service clientèle existe-t-il? J’ai mis fin à mon abonnement mais on m’indique qu’il se terminera en janvier, j’en conclus qu’on continuera de faire des prélèvements sur ma carte de crédit jusqu’en janvier même si j’ai mis fin à l’abonnement? Grosse déception sur toute la ligne. Nun gewechselt auf iPhone16, und dort habe ich die App auch neu installiert. Auf der alten App habe ich noch nachgeschaut, unter welcher Email Adresse ich angemeldet bin. Aber wenn ich mich auf den neuen Handy damit anmelde, kennt er meinen User nicht. Auf dem alten habe ich mich abgemeldet und tja kann mich nicht mehr anmelden. Das war’s. Keine Reaktion vom Support.
