### 2/5 — Stopped working

*2025-05-22*

When they came up w with the paid version my old app stopped working completely I tried deleting it and reinstalling it but as soon as I press the icon it just disappears

### 1/5 — Terrible lately

*2025-05-14*

Now that the deluxe version, ie. Paid for version ) came out the old version which I have stopped responding. I tried to delete and reapply but to no avail. Don't call it deluxe if it's the only version you can get and it's no longer free !!!!

### 1/5 — Can we get an update for the new iOS?

*2024-01-03*

Love this app, but it’s crashing on the new iOS. Please update

### 5/5 — Thanks for a Great App

*2020-09-27*

Useful

### 1/5 — Worthless

*2019-10-06*

Was a great app but now totally useless as it will not work on OS 13
Guaranteed to crash every time.

### 1/5 — Expired. Don’t bother because it won’t work on your new devices.

*2019-02-10*

Don’t be tempted by the paid version. There’s nobody home!!

### 1/5 — Don’t Waste Your Money

*2018-05-07*

Yes, it gives you the times for davening, candle lighting, etc... within the app., but you are unable to export anything to iCalendar. The unpaid version used to allow this, but it doesn’t work now. That’s why I purchased this version. Wasted money.

### 3/5 — Missing 9th of AV?!?!

*2016-07-28*

I've used this Luach for years, and overall I've been happy with it. But for August 2016it lists Tu B'Av (which, frankly, I hadn't even known was a thing) but has no indication that Tisha B'Av is a fast day. Major fail, guys, especially when it falls on Shabbat and fast time guidelines are needed. The app doesn't seem to have a bug report function, so I'm saying it here.

### 1/5 — Must know Hebrew dates to use this

*2015-01-14*

Not good for converting TO the Hebrew calander; must already know the Hebrew date, and it will tell you the Gregorian calander date. Can only go up or down one day at a time unless you already know Hebrew date you want to look up.

### 3/5 — iPhone-5S review on latest version

*2014-11-16*

Home button doesn't do anything.
Notications on front page keep piling up with no way to access & clear them
New version still has bugs

## Version history (last 5 releases)

### 60000.0.3 — 2026-09-01

Adds an About the Author screen to Pocket Luach Regular and updates the author attribution to Rabbi Haim Tebeka.

### 60000.0.2 — 2026-08-31

Updated the developer name shown in Support and Recommended Apps.

### 60000.0.1 — 2026-08-24

Support and Recommended Apps are back in More. Support uses Pocket Luach’s in-app HelpKit conversation flow, so you can ask a question, optionally attach a screenshot or photo, and read replies in the same thread.

Notes saved in the former local-only support screen stay private on your device. They are not automatically moved into HelpKit; only a new message you choose to send can enter the encrypted support flow.

The Day screen now keeps both selector controls visible when you return from another tab, so Hebrew/civil date choices and the Day view selector no longer leave an empty floating bar.

### 60000.0.0 — 2026-08-08

This release refreshes Pocket Luach’s calendar and zmanim experience with current App Store artwork.

### 4.00.02 — 2019-02-11

This update from Apple will improve the functionality of this app. No new features are included.

New UI and compatibility for iOS 7 and iOS 8!
