Automatic one star. ### 1/5 — Good but has severe technical flaws *2026-06-16, version 1.3* Pocket Panzers whilst being a similar design to HOI4 and other tabletop style hex games. This one in particular holds two sides, the casual enjoyable gameplay with consist’s for gameplay loops and variety. And the hard modes which are questionable at best. Whilst your units depending if you are fully F2P or Pay a fair chunk to upgrade units in bulk are able to get the job done. Your AI opponents have a lot of questionable advantages and these are as follows: -AI continues produces units despite losing almost every city they hold and yet seem to be unaffected by economic pain aside to fuel constraints with affect both yourself, friendly AI and Enemy AI -AI has fortifications and “Fortresses” which have staggering health pools in the “THOUSANDS” whilst your equivalent fortifications have hundreds or less and example is 4000 health fortresses with their player equivalent having between 300-500 depending on level. -AI clearly has no sight disadvantages when it comes to FOG of war and many more. Whilst there is plenty of upsides.
