### 3/5 — Review

*2025-10-02, version 3.5.41*

Not informative enough.

### 4/5 — Review

*2024-10-14, version 3.5.38*

It would be much more precise if it gave a description of what this drug is specifically for and what it will do to the bacterial infection. The definition given is too vague.

### 2/5 — What went wrong?

*2024-01-17, version 3.5.31*

I have had this app for years and have always found it very helpful. Now when I go to interaction checker all I get is “Check Internet”.
If I wanted to check the internet I would not be paying for the convenience of this app.

### 5/5 — Outstanding

*2023-08-20*

I also am RN, one extra year schooling in pharmokinetics, to be IV RN. Over 45+ years have used PDR, Mosby, just about every major drug company book. I also rate 5*. Still active license, I have used and still default to this amazing app. I have also contacted the developer RphD , and within several days or shorter get a response. This is well worth the yearly price. Thank You, Robert E. Martin RN. A.S.

Excellent site ! I use it often for speedy info.

### 5/5 — Excellent app

*2023-06-04, version 3.5.29*

I have used other apps like this before, but this one is different. It will even tell you the percentage of people who got certain side effects from each of your medications. I saw how many of my medications cause dry mouth, now I know why I get cavities. I have not even used it for that long, and I’m so excited to see everything it has to offer. It is a paid app, but you get a free trial, and it is entirely worth it to be on top of your medication management safety. I have even emailed with the creator, I had some questions, and he is lovely. I cannot recommend this enough as someone who is on various medications.

### 5/5 — Updated review

*2023-05-15, version 3.5.29*

Update:
I have access now to actually try the app out. It’s definitely useful and I like the interactions feature. It has a quiz feature which has been a nice touch for learning about the medications.

Original:
I downloaded, I started using, I got blocked from removing information and doing anything on the app! I can’t get it off of the screen that is trying to force me to subscribe. Terrible experience and I feel so mislead! If I’m paying for a drug guide app then I’m going for Davis Drug Guide

### 5/5 — Great app to have

*2023-04-08, version 3.5.29*

Find my prescription easy
Easy to find information
Very quickly
Easy to understand 👍🫶

### 5/5 — Review

*2023-04-04, version 3.5.29*

This is a great app. I have found it very useful in my line of work.

### 2/5 — Paywall is understandable but

*2022-11-04, version 3.5.28*

At least allow us to select different payment methods. For me, the Apple app store payment methods do not work and I prefer to pay via the website. Sadly, there is no option to pay from the pocket pharmacist website.

### 2/5 — No free option any more

*2022-10-06, version 3.5.26*

I used to use this and it was good for keeping track of my meds, especially checking for interactions between different meds. I hadn’t used it in a while since my scripts have been pretty stable for several years but my doctor just prescribed a new medication so I opened the app to check for interactions and I was met with a full page subscription screen with no opt out. You have to subscribe to use it. Nope, I’m out.

### 4/5 — I don’t believe……

*2022-10-03, version 3.5.26*

The reviews from the physicians and pharmacist are the same word for word.. obviously they are in-house or paid which makes me very nervous.
Also pharmacist have their own software for these things plus 99% can tell you off the top of their heads.
This doesn’t mean I don’t trust the application, it means I don’t necessarily believe some of the reviews.

## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated)

### 1/5 — Immediately requires a trial

*2025-07-20, version 3.5.40*

I was looking for free study apps for the ptcb exam, unfortunately there’s scarce resources available like that

### 1/5 — Seriously

*2025-01-07, version 3.5.39*

Is this some kind of joke. You cant take care of patients with this app. It gives you hardly any info about the drug. Im a physician and you cant be using this app.

### 1/5 — Presentation of Subscription Screen

*2024-02-10, version 3.5.31*

This issue has not been resolved —> Resolved an issue that could inappropriately delay the presentation of the subscription screen on first app launch

### 1/5 — Not recommended

*2024-01-07*

Not handy at all and some available medicine in market even showing for evaluation, need to update in generic or molecular terms of medicine so it can better accessible

### 1/5 — Unhappy

*2023-06-26, version 3.5.29*

I did not sign up for this & now can’t cancel.

### 1/5 — This is supposed to be a free app

*2023-06-20, version 3.5.29*

I input 2 of my medications and was redirected to a subscription plan. I couldn’t back out of it so I deleted the app.

### 1/5 — App requires you to subscribe after entering personal info

*2022-07-25, version 3.5.26*

The app let me enter prescriptions and then required me to subscribe in order to check interactions! I couldn’t get off subscribe screen to delete the personal information entered. Same problem a user noted in April that they were supposedly going to fix!

### 1/5 — Too expensive

*2022-07-20, version 3.5.26*

App is too expensive.

### 1/5 — BEWARE!!

*2022-04-02, version 3.5.24*

If I could give negative stars, I would! I should have read the reviews prior to downloading and beginning to use this App. Unfortunately I did not and learned the hard way that this App is a Svam to get your personal medical information then immediately FORCE you to pay to proceed forward with accessing, modifying and/or deleting your medical information. In other words, they STEAL your medical info! Within minutes that I finished entering my prescription/medical information and clicked on the check interactions button, a pop up appeared with subscription options with the tagline to “help support a small family-run business”. There was absolutely NO way to close subscription screen or to decline until later, etc… nor was there any way to regain access to your personal medical information that you had already entered. I’m not an attorney, but this cannot be in compliance with HIPAA laws. I never consented to them stealing my personal medical information. I never clicked on an agreement prior to entering my information with the understanding that by doing so, I would be locked out of accessing my information without being forced to subscribe. This is intentional theft of our most personal and confidential medical information disguised as a helpful prescription tool, but is actually a smokescreen so the developers can stea our personal information and sell it on the open market. I’m all for supporting small family businesses, but not this one!!! User BEWARE!!!

### 1/5 — Paid app

*2021-09-06*

Paid app and not so good

## Most praised reviews (10 highest-rated)

### 5/5 — Very Good

*2025-12-24, version 3.5.42*

Had this one many years I think. In any event, this is good for nurses, professionals, or those with medical background. They do a really nice profile of a medication. They break down so even average person can benefit. Drug interactions. This almost a between professional and non professional way done. I can understand a bit deeper with chemistry background, staff does provide excellent service if a quality or question.

### 5/5 — Super useful!

*2025-09-27, version 3.5.41*

I use this nearly every day at work, always comes in handy!

### 5/5 — Outstanding

*2025-06-21, version 3.5.40*

Retired RN, IV nurse. Aside from a PDR, this app has always been up to date. It cross references, has risks with pregnancy ( not new PLLR) buts it’s too good not to consider this one. I get nothing from writing this. A question, a quick response. Thank you

### 5/5 — Very Good

*2025-03-07*

I’ve had this a few years now. It’s my default pharmacy app. I’m RN, have done many things, mostly IV nurse , OR. Ready to retire, I use this for myself, other family members. The Pharmacists editing, writing, do it at a level o e can learn/understand. They do include a link to FDA, NLM. Highly recommend this one to anyone, especially nurses. A question, it’s answered sooner than a few days. Thank you

### 5/5 — AWESOME

*2024-08-15, version 3.5.36*

Fast, very helpful. I like how you can search drugs via indications. I would recommend.

### 5/5 — Great Script App

*2024-07-06, version 3.5.35*

I started using this when it was free. By now, I am a senior citizen taking a plethora of drugs. Half are prescribed while the other half are supplements or “hacks”. This app is a handy tool particularly if you’re visiting a new specialist or you’re tweaking a drug that you still take. That’s when the “past” drug list comes in real handy. I do wish there was an easy way to transfer medication data to a family member’s phone. I almost have my hubby convinced that the app is more helpful compared to the paper list he keeps in his wallet. It does take some time to set up, IMO.

### 5/5 — Outstanding

*2024-06-12, version 3.5.34*

This is full of information. I know it is updated regularly. I have sent questions, and received a timely response. This is a great one for Registered Nurses. I have had a while now. This is a top of the list if one understands medications and/or is interested. Thank you; Robert Martin RN

### 5/5 — Amazing app!

*2024-04-28, version 3.5.33*

Since my stroke, I have a vast number of medications prescribed by doctors. This app has helped me be an informed partner in my health care. It often provides the basis for discussion with my physician -- particularly when prescribing new medications or when I have concerns about side effects. As others have mentioned, there are plans to change to a subscription model in the future.I believe this fair because this app functions as a pharmacist that you can consult at any time. Medications and information about them is always changing.

### 5/5 — Very Good the best RX app out would recommend it highly

*2023-11-14, version 3.5.31*

I think this app is very good. I gave it 4 stars because I felt it was just missing a few things. One would be a medication reminder, and the 2nd thing would be, they need to add over the counter medications. For example; Aspirin & Tylenol, to the medication list. Outside of that I believe this is the best Rx app I've had. I would highly recommend

### 5/5 — Great app

*2023-08-22, version 3.5.30*

This is a fantastic app. Super helpful to track meds. Love that I can print out a well formatted report and hand it to the nurse at any appointment. Thanks much and keep up the good work!
