The latency is unacceptable and it does not play smoothly. At the moment Pianist Pro is king. Examples are E6 is sharp, F6 is very flat when used with a digital tuner! It's nerve-racking! After a few minutes of fooling around with the odd features I couldn't change the quality and it just wasn't worth it to play. This app is a perfect tool to help me figure out the notes for my part. The size of the keys on my iPad is just right. My only quibble (and a small one at that) is that I would have liked the volume to go higher. It does have a pretty realistic piano sound to it. The main problem--and this is what prevents the app from really being useful-- is the lag when depressing the keys. Didn't seem slow to me, in fact was faster than my other keyboard apps. Also, like how this feels. Feels most like a piano. The small keys mode automatically stops you from pressing multiple keys, so it's actually a somewhat feasible keyboard.
