Any planes/loads are stranded and can block through traffic as well. Not a game you can depend on to fill in time anymore as they generally shutdown when you need them the most. Unfortunately, it seems like Nimblebit is either gone bankrupt, shut down or is struggling to survive. Most of their apps don’t get updated in less than two year intervals anymore. That means they haven’t bothered to update it just to be compatible with anything after IOS8 or the iPhone6. If you try to start the game on anything still supported by Apple, it hangs on startup, sometimes more than once. If you sit and wait long enough, it will USUALLY free up and actually be usable. The game doesn’t really need any fancy new function but either Nimblebit needs to maintain compatibility as IOS gets updated or pull it. I am avoiding ANYTHING by Nimblebit. No telling what else they could mess up on my phone. ### 1/5 — Update hat das Spielt gekillt *2025-08-23* Einfach Schade, seit dem letzten Update kann man sich jetzt einfach jedes Flugzeug für 8€ kaufen. Vorher musste man immer wieder nach Events schauen und hoffen dass man das richtig Teil bekommt, jetzt ist einfach sämtliche Motivation dahin. Pocket Planes is simple and addicting the more you begin to expand your airline of pixelated planes and passengers. The game has a balanced system of progression that will encourage you to manage your resources to the best of your ability. There are many different ways to enjoy this game with a library of customization features and growth strategies that are attainable for almost any player with enough time. Also love the bitbook. There are so many little challenges or ideas you could deploy to help grow your fleet, revenue, value, etc. The game has a lot of great business management lessons, too. It teaches you about efficiency, bottlenecks, profit maximization, etc. The recent update to fly over map edges is great and long overdue! However, as far as I can tell, there’s no possible way to get a Class 3 aircraft across the Pacific Ocean. This kinda defeats the whole purpose of that update and is just not realistic to have no ability to fly a wide body aircraft from LA to Tokyo. Also, the inability to buy the Concorde is a bummer. I requested it many times and eventually gave up… Over the years I came back to see what was new, only to quit again for like 5 years. The moveable navy base update hooked me for a while but it didn’t last. I honestly couldn’t believe it when I saw that FINALLY the exact thing I’ve wanted for over 10 years is finally here!!!THANK YOU! THANK YOU!
