After purchasing pond number eight every time I touch certain patio merchandise on the right side of my pond or in the top center the app instantly crashes. Then I go to purchase credits and the purchase works but I get no koins. If your kid wants a puppy, have them prove their ability to care for animals with this simulator. ### 5/5 — I love the game with all passion in my heart *2023-09-14* I’ve been playing this game for several years. Granted I don’t have the best fish, or the best ponds. My fish have died several times but I can always revive them. This game gives me a sense of responsibility and compassion for my little fictional fish lol. I name them and care for them. I sit on this game for hours and grind out the wheel so I can get more fish so my original ones don’t get lonely. I comeback after some years and the old app no longer exist. Login consistently for 5 days in a row and you get to spin the wheel, boy oh boy! 1 measly coin after the other. This game wants you to waste your time for scraps and little to no rerun. I suggest the game “pocket frogs” and I bid you a good day. ### 1/5 — No customer support, buggy, don’t get *2020-10-13* I tried to contact Trigger Wave. NO tech support., & has NO tech support. I get False notifications. Waste of time, no fun. Update June 30, 2020: There is a fatal & reproducible problem connect ing to the server. I’ve made too-numerous-to-count attempts, see the logo for 2 seconds, then I’m unceremoniously dumped to my desktop. I even rebooted my iPad with no change. It behooves the developer to support users of the product. If you are unwilling or otherwise unavailable, Apple should remove your apps from the AppStore, Permanently. Update August 26, 2020. Trigger Wave programmer hasn’t updated app in 3 years! No customer support. Just collect money from players to buy items. Apple should kick these deadbeats out of the Apple Store. Apple should refund the money I’ve spent on this game. Update October 11, 2020. Finally able to login. All fish dead. my earlier comments stand. Update October 13, 2020. I decided to revive a few fish, only to see the play koins & PAID for were taken, but the “revive or cancel”’ screen, & even when I rebooted, the fish remained dead. I must protest that this is tantamount to THEFT. I will report this to Apple since this does not belong in their store. ### 1/5 — No longer works *2020-08-26, version 1.1.3* Apple updated IOS. Pocket Ponds started crashing. Now Pocket Ponds can’t be accessed. Constantly crashes so you can’t get into the app at all. Worthless. I’ve written multiple times but I never get an answer. There’s some strategy required to breed the right koi in order to get “koins”. It’s super fun, not overstimulating. I’ve loved this game for years.
