This isn’t something you should study alone. This app is good when you find yourself having some free time and need a refresher! The reason why I didn’t add a fifth star is because it lags when loading up your results or “exam readiness” average and it can take up a lot of time. I hope they update and fix this! But other than that, I GIVE THEM AN EXCELLENT! ### 5/5 — PASSED!! *2017-10-05* I downloaded this app a month before I took the NCLEX and did it everyday. At first I just had the free version and then liked the format and study tools so I bought the $9.99 version. Whether I just did the daily question, or a quick 10 or more I stuck with the app. I was an average student and didn’t have the highest of grades but I passed the NCLEX on my first try and now am licensed. I definitely recommended this to all my nursing friends! ### 5/5 — NCLEX-PN app *2017-09-26* This app is great! It has similar questions to the ATI exams for PN, however the wording is very different. I have my test in a few days and I’m glad iHeard about this app when iDid. Studying from a book is hard because iKeep going to my phone. With this app iCan do it anywhere n anytime with no problems! It is definitely boosting my confidence! Rationals and questions are very good and clear. I am a handful mom and i take this everywhere i go, From dance class to soccer! My test is im March. It has different categories like pharm therapy, physiological Integrity, and risk potential. You select the categories you want and how many questions to take. You can choose to view the correct answer immediately or after the test. Very organized. Over 700 questions. The down side: it's only a-d answers NO SELECT ALL THAT APPLY!! NO AUDIO QUESTIONS OR VIDEO QUESTIONS. NCLEX-PN is more than multiple choice. That being said. I have and WILL continue to recommend this $10 app. It's worth the price. The questions are current. The info is simple and clear to understand. And there are tons of questions and I haven't had any repeat questions. Clean, organized, up-to-date—this app is a must have. I am a human. I don't have any ties to this app. Just a plain Jane giving my 2¢. Good luck on NCLEX-PN. I must qualify that by saying that you need to purchase The full package of questions in order for this application to meet my five star rating. Or don't, it's up to you. ### 2/5 — It’s a decent app *2018-05-27* It needs to provide more nclex style questions like select all that apply and drag and drop. Doing only multiple choice the whole time is helpful but not realistic to test taking when it comes to the nclex. It doesn’t help prepare you for those type of questions. Otherwise overall and good app to learn from. ### 2/5 — Dislike the update *2016-08-18, version 6.0.7* I truly enjoyed this app before the updated it. They took away all the features that I liked. Before the update this app would allow you to look at past questions of the day and also alert me to take my question of the day everyday. If you have not updated I would suggest not doing it. I also don't like taking the quizzes anymore it was easier to navigate before the update. ### 2/5 — Okay but could improve. *2015-12-02, version 5.3* I tried it out and the questions were really good for review but only 10-15 questions for the free version seems kind of ridiculous. ### 3/5 — Select all that apply *2019-06-13, version 6.7.3* I purchased the $19.99 package and have yet to come across any select all that apply questions. The test contains many of these types of questions so it would be very beneficial to have them. ### 3/5 — Not challenging enough. *2018-08-14* I did really well on this app and thought I would do a practice test for the PN NCLEX and it wasn’t enough. These questions are not challenging enough. I would also see multiple questions over and over. I did not think this gave me enough questions and knowledge for the test. It isn’t bad if you pair this with another option of studying but this should not be the main focus. **Developer response:** Hi there! We always recommend using a variety of study resources before attempting the NCLEX. Our low-priced app was never intended to be your only source of prep for this substantial exam. There are 700 questions in our app and most instructors will recommend taking 3,000+ questions before sitting for your boards. Our app definitely helps but it won't get you there on its own.
