This app was great at explaining the mindset behind the decisions you’d need to make. The exam itself had 2 questions regarding formulas. Time management is crucial don’t take too much time analyzing the question as time will slip by quickly. Now I did a lot of other things, but this was super handy in those wasted minutes where you’re in the doctors lines or using the restroom or you’re standing in line at the grocery store or whatever. For exams that feel laden with “gotcha” questions, I love that Pocket Prep gives clear reasons for why answers are correct/incorrect. Passed the PMP on first attempt ! ### 4/5 — Helpful Supplement to PMP Study Plan *2024-12-19* I used Pocket Prep PMP as a supplementary study resource for the PMP Exam and it made practice easy. It was something I could do on the go and not need to be glued to my desk. I believe it was a helpful tool to stay sharp on a day-to-day basis with questions to help you apply the mindset and what I learned in my PMP Prep Course. Today, I am happy to say I passed the exam and am officially a Certified PMP! The Pocket Prep PMP app is definitely worth downloading and using as part of your study plan! My only complaint is that when submitting your answers, it will sometimes not register on the calendar and you’ll lose your streak. But overall, it doesn’t seem to affect the functionality of the app. ### 3/5 — Halfway there *2024-12-03* This app does not fully prepare you for the test questions. Take an official practice test from PMI online! Pay for one! This app helped me determine areas to study and where I had weak subjects. The page numbers for the PMBOK didn’t correlate with the physical book. It did help me pass. However, I could complete questions quickly in the app yet the test questions are very different. On other practice exams you experience interactive drag and drop or mix and match questions this app does not have. It didn’t seem accurate for my exam. Use this WITH other resources and other tests. ### 5/5 — Passed the PMP with 86% Score on App *2024-10-24* Just passed the exam this week, with an 86% score on the app. I’ve taken 1 of the 3 mock exams and got 89% on that. I recommend getting the PMI membership and reading the Agile and PMBOK guides ASAP, and reinforce the knowledge on YouTube or with a course, which is needed for most people anyway. Do as many exercises as you can, and try different sources of exercises and mock exams too. I definitely recommend the app - take the hardest questions as a good representation of the actual exam. Content is no longer appearing - just gives an error message and if the error persist to contact the Help centre (I have a pad premium membership). I go to the Help centre but all agents are out of office for the next two days. This is super not okay. What am I paying for if not practice questions leading up to my exam? The questions on this app focus on questions that you will not see on the exam. They make you download the new app ### 1/5 — 🚩🚩🚩🚩🚩 *2021-12-22, version 6.7.9* Zero stars. Six major red flags for privacy, shady business practices. 1. This app version is no longer supported. 2. The new app version isn’t available on the iTunes/App store, any official/approved Apple app download area. 3. When you download this version you won’t be able to use the app. 4. You’ll only see a pop-up that tells you to install the newest version and links you to an external site that’s NOT APPLE, but is meant to look like an Apple website. 5. The developer hasn’t reported their privacy practices to Apple, presumably because this app is basically just tracking malware that sells all your data. 6. Given red flags 1-5, it’s also safe to assume the reason this PMP prep has more five-star reviews than any other is because they’re making enough money selling user data to pay for more fake reviews than any other app. HARD PASS, AND APPLE NEEDS TO REMOVE THIS SKETCHY APP FROM THE ITUNES STORE. ### 1/5 — Do not Use *2021-10-29, version 6.7.9* This app leads you to another app to download because it’s no longer supported. The new app that you download is very very limited on free content, the bulk of the content must be paid for. Pass on both these apps. ### 1/5 — Discontinued and Cut Full Access *2020-09-15, version 6.7.9* I bought the “Ultimate” version of this (which confers complete access) and it seemed to work fine until they discontinued this version and changed to to subscription in their new app. What did they do? Cut functionality of this “old” app so it only shows like 4 of 15 chapters to test. I paid for the app, the software company could’ve at least left it as is, but no they don’t care about integrity - they just want new purchases. Your platform helped me tremendously to understand the concepts and truly see how the questions in the test were structured, even the trick questions. The preparation and skills I learned from this app was so insightful and helpful! Consistently scoring above 90% on all domains and quizzes boosted my confidence. I took 3 mock exams and went from 78% to 81%. I ended up scoring Above Target on one domain and at Target for the other 2 domains. Thank you! I guess now I don’t need your app anymore.
