Below are the steps to follow to connect the scale. Install the application. On the main screen, go to “Account” at the bottom right. Go to “Settings”. Go to “System settings”. Select the option at the top “Location permissions” and set it to “Always allow”. Connect the scale. If this does not work, please send us a screenshot of your phone's authorisation screen and a photo of the product information at the bottom of the device. One problem I have is I can’t seem to be able to charge it. A usb c cable doesn’t seem to fit, and I can’t remember if a cable came with the device. Edit. Problem solved. USB c cables DO fit, just needed a bit of patience. The one thing that might confuse people is that the printer doesn’t pair with the phone via the settings, it pairs via this app (very small printer icon in top right corner).
