Of course HomeKit would be great too. ### 2/5 — The app doesn’t allow you to partial arm your premises *2021-06-10, version 1.5.44* The one major let down with the app is you are not able to partial arm your premises via the app. You can do so on your keychain remote, but not the app. So if you’re away from home and wish to partial arm your premises, you can’t. It’s defeats the purpose of having the app where you can turn off the partial arm via the app but you can’t arm it up with the partial arm. Wish the developers would listen to their customers and would add this feature. You’re essentially purchasing an app that only does half of its capabilities. ### 1/5 — Alarm doesn’t always respond *2019-10-25, version 1.5.36* Trying to disarm the alarm causes it to set the alarm off. This has caused a number of callouts with our security services. It makes knowing whether an alarm is set or disarmed a long wait, with certainty it has worked at all. Also, once the app gets out if sync with the alarm, there is no short way to reestablish sync. I contacted the developers nearly 2 months ago about reliability issues and no one bothered to respond. However, there is a weird bug that’s cropped up as a result of the name. Since iOS 15 any time I try to type 10 in an application where autocorrect would work, it changes it to 1.0. It turns out that it’s because I have an app installed that contains the digit 1, ie this one. I know that the bug isn’t of your making, but maybe a name change from 1 to One might save some frustration! ### 5/5 — Does what it should. *2020-03-07, version 1.5.36* Licensed security installer with hundreds of the Permaconn units in the field. We offer this app to most clients for free (cost of the app to developer applies naturally). We have had no complaints in over 3 years. It arms and disarms their alarm remotely for free and allows them to view user arm/ disarm history. Something they cannot do remotely without adding expensive interfaces to their alarm. The Permaconn is the best solution for making an existing or future alarm system have NBN communications compatibility. As having your alarm trust the internet for communications to a control room is asking for trouble. Seems to be a lot of disgruntled users that likely are having issues with their actual alarm and firing off poor reviews before actually diagnosing the issue. I’ve not experienced these issues and oversee hundreds more than they do. I call user error! Thanks Permaconn. Always easy to deal with and go out of your way if any tech issues. Glad to support such a great company!
