However since the transfer of the Pocket Secure 2 I’ve had to reinstall 3 times in the last eight days.. It’s failed 4 times in 2 weeks. Times out and is inoperable, meaning I can’t operate the other functions. Also cannot see when an alarm is in partial mode. You did not fix the unbelievably long delay until arm and disarm are engaged, even in version 2. I lead an app development team and they have one iron rule: write the functions that the app must fulfill and make these as responsive as possible. ANY other functions are secondary. Your app must immediately arm/disarm the security system, after checking credentials. That is all. Period. Anything else must be scrutinised again and again and then implemented so as not to cause the primary functions to be impaired. I don’t know which clown outfit you hired to write this app but they need to be replaced. And if you are the clown outfit, take a long hard look in the mirror. I won’t invoice you for this advise but you may contact me for some more product development advice and you can then pay me a consultancy fee. ### 1/5 — Can not remote arm/disarm alarm *2022-12-12, version 1.6.11* Went with this for the remote arm and disarm however does not work at all. ### 1/5 — Doesn’t work *2022-08-24, version 1.6.11* Tried to Arm from home and doesn’t work. Highly recommend this ### 5/5 — Now my alarm works with HomeKit. *2021-05-04, version 1.6.2* Thanks to this updated version of the app, I am now able to control my original house alarm with HomeKit (requires configuring and of course the optional 4G module), and didn’t have to change a thing or spend any more money!! I can control it with multiple devices and use it in automations. The home remote is a great innovation. The cameras pictures are very clear day or night. It’s just ok, I can turn my alarm system off and on remotely, it just needs a bit of polishing up to make it a great app. ### 3/5 — Wrong notification’s sent by app *2023-04-03* I have arm, disarm and panic mode enabled on my device. When I set armed. The notification sent to all users is ‘panic alarm’ set by user 001. Is there anything I can do to correct the notification to make it send the correct information!? Thanks ### 3/5 — Somethings not working properly *2022-12-25* When I first used this app I had the ability to arm and disarm the alarm system remotely, but for some reason this feature no longer works.
