Was working great at first, now freezes up. Tried everything- restarting phone, uninstalling/reinstalling app twice. Works on husbands phone so I’m baffled.

I type in the ID and pw given to me by my Luxe travel agent and it took me to a screen that has no interface at all. Not sure what’s going on.

Like prior review, I was able to add an event (although I couldn’t add it in the already listed event entered by my travel agent; more on that later). But where I had put in accent marks in the words, it was gibberish when it was saved. Also did not put in space between paragraphs which I had put in. When I tried to make changes, the spinning wheel in edit changes box never stopped. I had to delete the app and reload. Then I tried to just delete the added event. The spinning wheel in delete event box never stopped spinning. Re-deleted the app and re-reloaded it. Tried to enter event where travel agent had put event but app would not let me enter any information. Shouldn’t have to have travel agent enter all information, it should be editable by user.

Excellent travel tool in all respects but one. Once you enter an event (name of event, date, time & notes), you cannot edit any field. After I created an event, I later had to go back in to change the time. Unable to do so. I called tech-support and was told the only way to change the time (or even merely to correct a misspelled word) is to delete the event, then re-create it. Or, I could call my travel agent and ask her to make the change. That is, if she is available to take my call, has time to make the change, etc.
This limitation caused me to give three stars to an otherwise five-star app. This needs to be fixed in a future version.

Very convenient. Lighthouse Travel set me up with this app. Marilyn loads trip info from her office and I have dates, times, locations, contacts, confirmation numbers, etc at my fingertips.

Love this app - I wish they made one I could use when I book my own travel. We don’t always use an agent and I can’t find any thing else that just manages a trip and the backup documents this efficiently.

I love this app! I find myself constantly referring to my itinerary to ensure I'm on track. I like the air schedule notifications and like that it includes links and directions to my hotels (and photos), destination info and more.
