When I said it sounded like a scam in the chat with them they sent the automated message that they closed my “ticket” and could not assist any further. I liked when you could play 9k tickets for a couple of dollars rather than having to build up to 32k tickets. There should be levels of ticket entry like there is for cash entry. Having some free entry options would be nice. It had that for a period of time on the pallete match game! Also, I don’t like that you don’t get anything toward mini games/specials when you solely play with tickets. You can’t enjoy the special games unless you play games with cash entry. Finally, there are too many pop ups. I understand the need for enticing people to deposit; however, I don’t need to see the same offers every time I pick a new game to play. They’ve also been found liable for patent infringement because they stole trade secrets from a competitor for their own financial benefit. You will lose money if you use this app. Their algorithm operates to ensure that if you win too much, you face better opponents and start to lose, and vice versa (but it takes more losses to be matched against worse opponents than the number of wins it takes for you to be paired against better opponents). You need to win 60% of the PvP games to break even because the entry fee for cash games is higher than the amount you NET if you win. Your win rate will not be over 60% in the long run. Their employees are either incompetent or blatant liars. Also, pay attention to the reviews and you’ll notice that a significant percentage of their positive reviews are actually negative reviews.
