## What is PocketDIC?

PocketDIC is an app that measures deformation and strain fields using Digital Image Correlation (DIC) with your smartphone camera.

Features:
- Capture reference and deformed images using the built-in camera
- Automatically compute displacement and strain fields using DIC algorithm
- Visualize εxx, εyy, εxy, U, and V components as color maps
- Save analysis results as PNG images

How to use:
1. Capture a reference image
2. Capture deformed images at intervals
3. Tap the DIC button to analyze automatically
4. Review and save the strain map

Suitable for education and research in materials science and solid mechanics.

- Fixed temporary capture files being left on the device, growing storage use.
