And have the camera follow the movement. After the second attempt the connection was nice and clear with no issues. ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Lots of issues connecting *2026-07-18, version v6.0.1* Seems that there was an update with the app and I was not able to login with the previous version. It was giving me errors and I did not receive the link for the video call - the Dr was delayed with another patient - but there was no way to know what would happen next since I was already late for my own appointment. It was a whole nightmare to use it. Even if I lock my screen ### 1/5 — Horrible service *2022-11-19, version 3.6.1* I pay money every month to my insurance so when I get sick I can go see a doctor. When I finally got sick they refused to see me until I had an “online visit”. After I did the online visit they still refused to see me or give me antibiotics so now I have to just sit at home and wait till I don’t feel sick anymore. I don’t need a doctor to wait it out. I can do that without a doctor. I was forced to enter all sorts of information that was not relevant to what I needed the tool for. Let’s you go through the entire process and visit before they say wait what you don’t live in California? We don’t have a license out of state and can’t help you. Try warning people before they download the app or schedule a visit. ### 1/5 — Serious voiceover Accessibility Issues *2020-12-03* To say that I am disappointed in the level of inaccessibility I found in this app would be an understatement. From the signup screen alone it was clear that blind users were not considered. Before text is entered into the fields voiceover reads the labels, but as soon as text is entered voiceover does not read it or the accompanying label. The gender selection options, the button to agree to the terms of service and the button to register are not clickable. There are other problems once an account has been created, and I haven’t even attempted the video appointment yet. This isn’t a silly game, this is a telehealth app in the middle of a pandemic.
