소통어플 중에서 제일 뒤처지는데 여러 이유 중 하나가 캡처가 안 되는겁니다. 유일하게 안 되는 어플인 거 아세요? 다른 어플 따라잡겠다고 라이브 기능도 만들었으면서 캡처는 여전히 막혀있는게 말이 안 되는... 심지어 됐다가 막은거잖아요... 제발 캡처 가능하게 좀 해주세요

그동안 포켓돌스 계속 잘 쓰고 있었는데 오류 한번 나기 시작한 이후로부터 앱이 아예 켜지지도 않네요,, 시대를 역행했다는 말이 참 무슨뜻인지 와닿는 어플이였습니다 .

Too busy worried about fans showing secret message as if we don’t have other to do the exact same thing, they took away copy and paste for proper translations. Many translations apps we use are better translators than what this app has. It’s really unfair to limit us based on something we can go around anyway. Or wasting money trying to explain a mistranslation. Clearly, you cannot fix the problem. So why cause a bigger one? Just sad.

転載などの懸念からスクリーンショットができなくなったのはまだ理解します。ルールを守らない人のためにルールの上で使用している人たちまで制限されるのは納得できませんが。ですが、課金してアーティストから送っていただいた映像も見られないようになり、メッセージのコピーもできないのはいかがなものでしょうか。韓国語学習も兼ね、韓国語設定でアプリを使用しています。わからない部分を調べたり、アーティストからのメッセージを例題に文法を覚えたりしています。翻訳機能も間違った翻訳をされていることも多々あります。おかしいなと思った時に、自身で確認するにもコピー機能は許可して欲しいです。また、ファンはアーティストとのやりとりを保存したい人が多いと思います。私はスクリーンショットができなくなった以降は、メッセージをコピーし、やり取りを個人で保管していました。もちろん外に出したりはしていません。手打ちで同じように打ち出せばカタチとしては残りますが、それでは意味がないんです。本人からのメッセージをそのままの形で残したいんです。運営様からすればたかがメッセージなのかもしれませんが、私にとっては会えない期間、心を繋ぐツールなんです。だから高いお金を払って改悪が続いてでも使用しています。長くなり申し訳ありませんがアーティストを守るためという盾を翳すだけでなく、利用者にも歩み寄っていただきたいです。

본래도 포돌이 비슷한 역할의 앱 사이에서 어떤 위치인지 아실 것으로 생각하는데, 개선될 점은 그대로인 채 본래 장점까지도 포기하는 점이 안타깝습니다.
서비스 이용도 적지 않게 했고 헤비한 편은 아닙니다만 꾸준히 포켓 결제도 해왔는데, 특히 포켓을 결제할 필요성을 개인적으로는 점점 느끼기 어려워져 아쉽네요.
귀사의 수익구조는 제가 잘 모르겠으나, 적어도 서비스의 이미지와 유저들의 장기적인 이용에는 타격이 있을 것 같아 처음으로 리뷰 남깁니다.
