Why have you selected only app. 20 points of interest or why is there no description of the inside of the dome. Or why are the information only in Dutch and English given - we are in 2025! so minimum 10 languages should be given. This app is not worth 10 Euros. ### 2/5 — App hängt sich auf *2022-06-08* Eigentlich sehr vielversprechend. Leider hängt sich die App bei jedem Anzeigen oder Abspielen eines Ortes auf. So leider nicht zu gebrauchen. Sehr schade. ### 2/5 — Gute Führung auf Englisch aber App alle paar Minuten abgestürzt *2021-09-21* Wir hatten eine tolle Route in Palma um die Kathedrale vorgeschlagen bekommen mit vielversprechenden Inhalten. Allerdings ist während der Tour das Anzeigen der aktuellen Position sehr verzerrt und ungenau gewesen. Zudem ist die App während der Route mind. 15 mal hängen geblieben und musste immer wieder neu geöffnet werden. Die zwei Sterne sind nur für eine inhaltlich gute Führung. Die drei fehlenden Sterne repräsentieren die miserable Umsetzung der App auf neusten Geräten und iOS Version. Dringender Verbesserungsbedarf, um die Tour entspannt und genießbar zu gestalten! ### 2/5 — Too many adverts *2019-02-25, version 7.5.0* The actual tour was interesting and easy to follow but I was disappointed by the constant adverts for different places/experiences that I could ‘book now’ through the app. I expect to have to listen to adverts if I am not paying for a product but if I’ve paid for it I feel like I should at least have the chance to ‘opt out’ of advert content. The adverts were annoying and distracted from an otherwise enjoyable tour. ### 4/5 — Très pratique et bien faite, mais en anglais *2017-10-23* Même si les descriptions sont succinctes, cette appli regorge d'information et avec la gratuité du roaming en Europe, les informations de cette appli deviennent gratuites (sinon il faut les télécharger et c'est payant). C'est en anglais, certes, avec le texte en parallèle vous avez un cours de langue anglaise en bonus ! L'intégration à google Maps pour les transports jusqu'au point choisi et les parcours commentés et géolocalisés, c'est vraiment le plus par rapport à un guide papier. It does not link with your gps and does not show your position on its map. You need to manually follow the map and activate each of its location descriptions. Although the descriptions are generally good it is a pain to follow on the map and figure out which ones to activate. Unfortunately, my experience with the app has been quite disappointing. Upon using it, I encountered significant issues. The app consistently stops and freezes after just a minute or two into the tour. I attempted to restart it multiple times, but to no avail. I also tried the troubleshooting step of uninstalling and reinstalling the app, but this did not resolve the issue either. Given the persistent problems I've encountered, I don’t recommend this app at all. ### 1/5 — App schließt sich ständig selbst *2022-10-15* Die App stürzt ständig ab und schließt sich einfach selbst. Thank you! ### 5/5 — Stratford upon Avon *2019-06-26, version 7.5.1* Right from the start this was amazing, we were guided first to the beginning of the tour via Google maps, as we approached the start a voice introduced her self. There were 25 points of interest on the tour, we were guided seamlessly to each point using voice and interactive maps and each time we approached a point the narrator would explain where we were and why and pictures appear under the map. We also used my Apple Air Pods using one pod each allowed both of us to listen. Brilliant, and you finally end up where you started. Auf dem Display sieht man eine Map, die den aktuellen Standpunkt und die gesamte Route der Tour mit nummerierten Checkpoints zeigt. Der nächste anzusteuernde Checkpoint ist hervorgehoben. An jedem Checkpoint (z.B. in Madrid Puerta Del Sol im Fall von Madrid) gibt die App gut vertont und mit zusätzlicher Unterstützung von Fotos zahlreiche Informationen über die Geschichte und alles Wissenswerte aus. Für uns kommt das an die Qualität eines "echten" Stadtführers heran - und mehr noch: man gibt das Tempo selbst vor und kann die Tour nach Belieben unterbrechen und später fortsetzen - unglaublich entspannend! Wurde ein Checkpoint abgearbeitet, sagt der Sprecher detailliert, wie man weitergehen soll. Wir haben diese App intensiv in Wien, Rom, Toledo und zuletzt Madrid genutzt und sind begeistert! Wir haben keinen Kritikpunkt, alles lief reibungslos ab. Bislang gibt es etwa 80 Städte zur Auswahl. Wir wünschen uns, dass die Anzahl stetig erweitert wird. ### 5/5 — Brilliant *2016-10-03, version 7.3.15* We decided to try this after hiring a rather unsatisfactory guide at the Colosseum. The Rome package was either £8 or free if you watched a 30 second advert. Baffling, as it would have been well worth £8 but who am I to argue. Anyway, the following day we set out with headphones and a spare battery (it's heavy on battery) to do the Forum tour. The guide is great. Interesting, well judged on length, informative. It's lovely that you don't have to interact, it just plays as you get to each spot. It was FAR better than the tour guide we paid for locally. So, why not 5*? Well, I wondered about it, but each of us had to restart the app a couple of times as it lost GPS, and at one point in the Forum the directions didn't work. So, needs a little polishing, but seriously you should download anyway, and if they fix those monor glitches it would be 5*. In fact, sod it, going to 5* it anyway as we seriously enjoyed it. ### 5/5 — Excellent app *2016-08-23, version 7.3.12* It tells interesting stories and facts about the city as you walk past sights. It works automatically based on your location: no need to read and find the sights manually.
