## What is pocketKPI Lite?

Need employees to view KPIs on iPhones quickly and cost-effectively using your existing systems and developers? 

Here's how pocketKPI can help:

1. You've been asked to help employees view KPIs on their iPhones, but the budget is modest and you don't have the resources to develop and support a custom iOS app.

2. Swapping your existing systems for expensive alternatives with proprietary apps isn't realistic: you've already got the data - you just need the app.

3. The app needs to be attractive and intuitive for employees, but flexible enough to display all your KPIs and work with the systems you already own.

Filter by badge colour

Only interested in KPIs that are red or orange? Use the badge filtering function to display any combination of green, yellow or red colored badges.

Sparklines

Each KPI can have data points added to their JSON entry to draw sparklines on the KPI summary screen. You call also choose if the line is plain or if each data point contains an ellipse.

New UI

Interface has been tweaked to enable better navigation for settings and a cleaner dashboard list. Some artwork has been redone to make it pixel perfect.

Recent File Locations

Tired of retyping file locations when move from a development server to production server? Visit more than one location regularly. pocketKPI now keeps track of this and with a single tap you can switch between file locations

▪ Support for multiple dashboards!!
The new Dashboards paramater for the JSON file will now enable pocketKPI to group your KPI's into separate dashboards. By simply sliding your finger left-to-right on the KPI summary screen you will reveal list of available dashboards and can move between them. Great for grouping KPIs into logical buckets or for assigning dashboards to various parts of the business (e.g. Sales, IT, Marketing, Warehouse)

▪ Email your KPI administrator
The JSON data file now supports the addition of a "KPI Administrator" parameter. You can now email the admin from within the KPI detail screen with any ideas on how to calculate a given KPI or suggest extra KPI's you want to see in your data file.

▪ Better URL checking
A check is now performed after you input a data file URL to verify if it can be reached and is a valid URL.

▪ Customizable formatting.
Determine your own number of decimal places and formatting of numbers.

* Bug Fixes *

▪ KPIs now refresh if app regains foreground focus after being in the background.
▪ Positioning of the "i" menu on the the KPI detail screen now optimized for iPhone5 (it was was to high up on the screen previously).
▪ Minor tweaks to logic for determining badge colors based on tolerances.

* What's Next *

Here is what we have planned for the next release.

1. URL Launches app.
Send a email to colleagues from within the KPI detail screen and it will embed a URL that will launch the app and display the KPI for the recipient.

2. Filter results
Display only badges of a particular color to get right to the problem as soon as possible.

3. Language localizations
A host of European and Asian languages planned for introduction.
