I want to know: • How was my contact list accessed without clear consent? • What authority does the app have to contact third parties and disclose confidential financial information? • How is sharing a borrower’s loan status with family and contacts considered an acceptable recovery practice? This kind of behavior causes mental harassment, violates privacy, and creates fear among users. Recovery practices should remain lawful and professional, not involve intimidation or contacting unrelated people. I request the concerned authorities and app platforms to review these practices seriously and investigate possible misuse of customer data and privacy violations. I have been a customer of this app for almost 3 years and during this time I have taken around 15–16 small loans in the range of ₹5,000–₹10,000. The most shocking part is that I have always repaid every single loan before the due date, usually 5–6 days in advance. My repayment record is completely clean and disciplined. Any financial platform should value such responsible customers. However, instead of appreciating loyal customers, this company has suddenly suspended my account without any reason or explanation. This is extremely unfair, disrespectful, and unprofessional. After maintaining a perfect repayment history for years, this is the treatment I receive. What makes the situation even worse is their terrible customer service. The contact number provided in the app is never answered, and there is no proper support available to explain what went wrong. A financial company that handles people’s money should at least provide basic customer support. This kind of behavior makes the platform look highly unreliable and untrustworthy. It feels like the company has no value for genuine customers who repay on time. Suspending accounts of responsible users without explanation and then ignoring their calls is completely unacceptable. I strongly urge the Pocketly team to review my account immediately and reactivate it, and also provide a proper explanation for this unfair action. This details were taken from my phone without me providing reference number details and lied and when I contacted that number I was spoken rudely and then they told they will send a apology message to those numbers but it was a lie.
