Appreciate the insight to effectively communicate with not just employees and co-workers, but identifying challenges in my family dynamics. By becoming a student of these concepts, I have decreased my stress and the stress of my kids and hopefully my employees when it comes to promoting harmony. 
*one star off because this app alone is not enough information, but added to the Next Element workshops offered by my employer, it is very helpful!

This app is just what you are looking for it’s awesome, online, free!! What more do y’all want?? I am a harmonizer I need all that it says and I am 💯 percent harmonizer. So I am not going to lie to you about this one!! This app is awesome........... bye!!

Pocket PCM(c) is a great tool to quickly reference the many attributes of each of the six personality types!  Thanks for updating this app for the newest iOS!

This application, like the PCM tool and Next Element, blows my mind. I use it every day as a reminder to communicate in the proper channel with the people I work with and with loves ones. I recommend this application to anyone who is serious about interpersonal relationships and the value of understanding others in conflict and everyday situations. Get this app now and start making a difference every time you interact with the people in your life!
