## What is pocketScreen?

SCREEN STREAMING WITH APP AUDIO, MICROPHONE AND LOCAL RECORDING

pocketScreen is a free streaming app for iPhone that lets you broadcast your screen directly via SRT, RTMP or RTMPS — no capture card or extra computer required. Share apps during an IRL stream, stream mobile games, or broadcast tutorials and presentations straight from your phone.

SRT, RTMP & RTMPS
Stream to supported platforms, your own servers, relays or custom streaming setups. SRT is designed for reliable, low-latency streaming, while RTMP and RTMPS are widely supported by streaming platforms and servers.

Simply enter your destination URL and stream key in pocketScreen. The app focuses on one destination per stream, keeping setup simple and fast.

720P OR 1080P SCREEN STREAMING
Stream your screen using H.264 hardware encoding at 30 FPS. Choose between 720p and 1080p and adjust the video bitrate to match your connection. Portrait and landscape orientation are handled automatically.

APP AUDIO, MICROPHONE OR BOTH
Choose exactly what your viewers hear: app audio, your microphone, a mix of both, or no audio at all. Audio is streamed using AAC.

LOCAL MP4 RECORDING
Optionally save a local MP4 copy of your stream directly on your iPhone while broadcasting. Perfect for reviewing, archiving or reusing your content later — without running a separate recording app.

START STREAMING THROUGH IOS
pocketScreen uses the built-in iOS screen broadcasting feature. Set up your streaming destination in the app, then start the broadcast through the iOS system interface. Your screen and audio are only accessed after you explicitly start screen sharing.

LIVE STREAM DIAGNOSTICS
Keep track of important stream information in real time, including video FPS, send queue status and dropped frames.

MADE FOR IRL STREAMS, MOBILE GAMES AND MORE
Share maps, apps and other on-screen content with your viewers while you're on the go. Stream mobile games, demo apps, create live tutorials or broadcast presentations directly from your iPhone.

YOUR DATA STAYS YOURS
No account is required to use pocketScreen. Your streaming destination and settings are stored locally on your device. Your screen and microphone are only accessed after you start broadcasting through iOS. Diagnostic logs are uploaded only when you choose to send them.
