They are constantly adding new features and trying to offer a lot of options, which is good but also makes it glitchy. Overall it’s great for solopreneurs, harder for larger teams. Does not integrate with email marketing.

Pocketsuite is a point of sale app, and a scheduling app. Your subscription includes a separate phone number that your clients can call and text you on so you don’t have to give out your personal cell number! 

They allow me to keep track of my clients, how many sessions have used how many they have left how much I have earned from each client over their entire time with me!

I can set up work clothes that take certain tasks off of my plate, but I can individualize and personalize the messages that go out so clients feel special and important.

The staff is very helpful. Sometimes the White club concierge appointments take longer than the 24 hours that are promised, but they help you create a site that will be easy for you and your clients to use

I’ve been using PocketSuite for years, starting with my dog walking business and now for my dog training business. Looking back, I honestly don’t know how I managed without it.

PocketSuite has made every part of running my business so much easier. I use it for scheduling classes, sending invoices, processing payments, communicating with clients, and keeping notes on each dog and client. Having everything in one place has saved me so much time and helped me stay organized.

As a small business owner, it has also made me look much more professional. My clients love how easy it is to book appointments and pay securely online, and I think it gives them confidence knowing everything is simple and reliable.

What I appreciate most is that PocketSuite has grown with my business over the years. It’s more than just a scheduling app. It’s become an essential part of how I run my business every day.

If you’re a service-based business owner, I can’t recommend PocketSuite enough. It’s one of the few tools that has truly changed the way I work, and it’s been worth every penny.
