One of my favorite features is having a dedicated business number, which allows me to keep a clear separation between my personal and business communications. It makes everything feel much more professional and organized. I also love the deposit feature and the flexibility to choose different deposit amounts for each service. It helps protect my schedule and significantly reduces last-minute cancellations and no-shows. Another feature I absolutely appreciate is that all consent forms, intake forms, and contracts are completely electronic. Everything is easy for clients to access, complete, and sign online before their appointment. This has taken so much administrative work off my plate and streamlined my entire client experience. The platform automates so many of the tasks that used to take up valuable time, allowing me to focus more on what I actually love doing—working with my clients and providing skincare treatments. Then to text customers on the app the want a extra $25 not worth it ### 1/5 — DON’T DO IT *2026-07-01, version 5.9.8* Quite possibly the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had. All these 5-star reviews have to be paid off or bots. There’s no way. There is no direct phone number to reach a real person. Your only options are email or the in-app chat, which claims responses within 5–10 minutes. In reality, it was over 24 hours before I received a response—and many messages went unanswered. Without any warning or explanation, they changed my account from a business account to a customer account simply because I was using the platform for appointment scheduling instead of processing payments through their system. As a result, my business profile, services, and appointment calendar were erased. This left my clients confused and forced me to scramble to figure out who was already booked. For a business owner, that’s completely unacceptable. When I finally heard back from support over 24 hours later, their solution was simply to create a brand-new account and start over. I had already spent hours setting everything up the first time (despite their claim that setup only takes about an hour), and they offered no assistance or way to restore my account—even though the issue was caused by their actions. If you rely on your scheduling software to run your business, I would strongly recommend choosing a different platform. Losing your calendar, services, and client information without warning, combined with nearly nonexistent customer support, is simply not worth the risk. I’ll be taking my business elsewhere. ### 1/5 — Are they stealing $4933.34 of my income? *2026-06-30, version 5.9.8* I started collecting money from clients using their platform on June 17th. 14 days later, they refuse to deposit money I’ve earned into my account. They are also no longer responding to my messages nor updating me on why they refuse to release money I’ve earned. But they did manage to remind me that I have a payment coming up in a couple days after the free trial ends. The free trial has honestly cost me much more than it’s worth. Do not recommend at all. ### 1/5 — Absolute Nightmare App *2026-05-17* I have been using the app a couple years & it’s has become an absolute nightmare. Everytime they do an update there is issues and the customer support is nonexistent and don’t respond. If you leave a message on their instagram about your issue to get it resolved, they remove your message & block you. The is always super slow & it crashes several times where you can’t do anything. I have had enough of the tech problems with the app every time they make an update and the nonexistent customer support that I have already looked at other booking apps which cost the same & don’t have all the app problems. They don’t even have a reschedule bottom for customer to click on so expect a lot of messages from customers who want to reschedule but there is no link in the text reminders. I am supposed to have cancellation fee feature that charges clients credit card for last minute cancellations and that doesn’t even work and I can’t charge customers. This app is useless. Do not go with this app. Look elsewhere for peace of mind, I have already found another booking app. **Developer response:** Oh my, we'd really love to schedule a call and walk through how to improve your experience. When we miss the mark, we really value hearing about it and we are committed to making it right. Please message us inapp and we'll schedule a call ASAP. ### 1/5 — Don’t use they hold your money *2026-05-08, version 5.9.1* I had a newborn client pay me over $900 and they won’t release the funds to me. I have been having to send mine and my clients conversation screen shots to them to confirm it isn’t fraud. It’s been two weeks and they still haven’t paid out the money my client sent me. I have been a client of pocketsuits for three years now so this nonsense should not happen. Definitely will be going back to PayPal after this. ### 1/5 — Links don’t work *2026-04-20, version 5.8.6* I’m sending links to my clients and they aren’t working via app or to their phone. Very unprofessional and embarrassing ### 1/5 — Calendar sync broken for a year *2026-03-24, version 5.8.2* I’ve been a PocketSuite user for about 10 years now. This app was great before it got sold to whoever owns it now. My main concern is that the Calendar sync has been broken for a very long time, resulting in an absolute nightmare for my business. I have reached out numerous times over the last year; they always say that they are fixing it, a long time passes with no follow up whatsoever. They clearly have no interest in fixing this issue and don’t care that I’ve been a loyal customer, giving them thousands and thousands of dollars every year. Find something better. It’s a bloated app with a lot of features that don’t make any sense, meanwhile, the most important ones are broken with no fix date in sight. ### 1/5 — client app???? *2026-01-23, version 5.7.23* i was directed to this app by the pocketsuite website to manage my own profile as a client. it says to sign up as a client on this app but there literally isn't an option to do so. i have no way of seeing my appointment or payment history. very frustrating from a clients perspective. vagaro is better ### 1/5 — Don’t do it *2026-01-09, version 5.7.21* I was with PocketSuite for 5 years, but since December 2023 my experience has completely deteriorated. It began with a fraud case in which PocketSuite provided almost no information or transparency, other than telling me I lost the claim. After that, I no longer felt safe or supported and informed them I would be leaving. Less than a week later, my clients began receiving automated texts from my PocketSuite phone number saying “sorry, this service is not available.” Nothing was sent on my end, and there was no record of these messages in my threads. PocketSuite was quite literally turning clients away without my knowledge. I would have never known if a client hadn’t tried to reach out again. On January 1st, I requested my port-out PIN and scheduled the required concierge call for January 7th. I was informed via text that this would cost $50, confirmed my card, and then PocketSuite stalled, ignored messages and emails, and never showed up for the scheduled call—nor did they reschedule. At 2:22 a.m. this morning, PocketSuite charged my card the $50 but still did not provide the port-out PIN. Instead, they blamed Twilio for the delay. After contacting Twilio directly, I was informed that they had already sent all required information to PocketSuite. PocketSuite is now actively hindering my ability to run my business by refusing to release my phone number. After 5 years of loyalty, this has been incredibly disappointing and damaging. I would never recommend or work with PocketSuite again. ### 1/5 — Don’t use Pocketsuite *2025-12-19, version 5.7.20* We recently downloaded and begun processing using pocketsuite, after receiving hundreds of dollars in payments after submitting all of our verification documents they cancelled our account and wouldn’t let us process any payments. PocketSuite has been such a simple system but includes everything I need! My clients tell me often that they love how easy it is to book and don’t have trouble finding or rescheduling appointments if need be. I truly feel like the first experience of booking you that clients have sets the tone. I even have other service providers asking about my booking system so that they can join too. They allow me to keep track of my clients, how many sessions have used how many they have left how much I have earned from each client over their entire time with me! I can set up work clothes that take certain tasks off of my plate, but I can individualize and personalize the messages that go out so clients feel special and important. The staff is very helpful.
