This app couldn’t have come at a better time.  Winters are especially challenging and I appreciate this app to track my mental wellness and the additional supports accessible through the Wellness Together Canada website

The ease of access, resources, tracking and analytics is truly a marvel. In this time and age where mental health has become such an overwhelming and under reported crisis in our society, this app is truly the answer to further help those in need as well as clinicians and clinics. 
Highly recommend!!
