翻訳アプリを探していて偶然見つけました。日本の開発者さんのアプリのようです。 
「オフライン対応」を謳うアプリは多いですが、これは機内モード・Wi-Fiオフの完全遮断状態でもしっかり音声入力が機能しました。
有名どころの翻訳アプリはテキストの翻訳はオフラインでも出来ますがオフライン下で音声入力ができないことが多いので、ここが他のアプリとの一番の差別化ポイントだと思います。
高精度の音声認識エンジンを含めると容量が1GB近くなるためストレージは少し圧迫しますが、対応言語の広さとオフライン推論であることを考えれば、技術的によくここまで圧縮できたなと感心します。 
無料でも普通に使えちゃいますが、実際の旅行で実力を発揮してくれたらプレミアム版にしようと思います。開発頑張ってください。
