You get a status indicator that goes away after about a minute. I called their customer service (a call center) only to be told that I would get a response in 48 hours. No attempt to answer my questions. Without the app you can’t name groups, users, and do other management functions. ### 1/5 — Update app lost radio info *2025-11-15* Latest update for the app not only logged me out but also erased all my radios, groups, radio names, my account name etc. They better fix this for future updates. ### 1/5 — App/Server Seems Buggy *2025-10-20* Excruciatingly SLOW setup. Despite multiple resend attempts, I never received an email verification code. So, have yet to even get my account registered. This seems sub-optimal. (Have no idea if these problems are related to the AWS outage earlier this morning, but they should have been fixed by now.) ### 1/5 — Major battery drain *2025-07-25* I downloaded this app because I intend to purchase the POCLINK radios. After downloading this app, I notice my iPhone battery is being depleted more rapidly. This app was responsible for 28% on my battery usage and I wasn’t even using the app at all. I have deleted this app and my battery life has returned to normal. This really gives me second thoughts about purchasing these radios. **Developer response:** Hi, thanks for your feedback. The POCLINK app is designed to work only when paired with our radios, and most features remain inactive without a connected poclink radio. For the best experience, we recommend installing it once your radio is ready to enjoy the full functions as intended. We are continuously improving and updating the app to provide an even better user experience. ### 2/5 — Battery hog *2026-06-25* I use this app to program my POCLINK radios. I do not use this app for PTT. However, it is a major cause of battery drain. This issue really needs to be addressed. I am tired of having to sign out just to stop the battery drain. **Developer response:** Hi, thanks for your feedback. My original account got “deleted” as it logged me out, it recognizes my email but says my password is incorrect, I reset my password and still doesn’t recognize it. I use a separate email, and it worked for about 2 days before it logged me out and no longer recognizes my information! EVEN AFTER RESETTING MY PASSWORD TWICE!!!!! Support emailed back saying to try on a different device… same issue. They also advised to switch between WiFi and cell service… still no fix. ### 3/5 — Stay signed in? *2026-01-13* The app works OK, but I have to sign into it frequently. I don’t understand why it doesn’t stay signed in. That should be fixed to make it more useful. ### 3/5 — Buggy and inconsistent *2025-11-06* Had trouble registering with an e-mail as it would never send a confirmation code. Registered with apple and it worked well to setup radios. But the next day it won’t log in. App simply quits. ### 5/5 — Worth every dime *2026-01-20* This company is o top of there game. They offer the only legal analog & Poc relay mode made in such a small device. I talk to people all across the globe at the push of a button. Only thing missing still is the sos function on the radio it’s useless on the app. They was supposed to be releasing sos for the radio in November time will tell. Don’t let other company’s rob you out of your money with hidden fees. I’ve had rapid global talk2me globalx simple-ptt tidradio pocm15 and none beats this!!! ## Most praised reviews (1 highest-rated) ### 5/5 — Good App *2026-01-17* I enjoy using this app everyday. However I wish there was more to do on it. Wishing it had a community forum to write on to others. For example asking for help either the radios, or codes to add groups. I give this app 4 stars. I’ll change it to 5 if the company decides to add more features like what I mentioned.
