Mit diesem Update haben wir die POCO-App in vielen Bereichen weiter optimiert. Neben der Integration der neuen Zahlungsmöglichkeit WERO haben wir die Benutzeroberfläche optimiert und kleinere Fehler behoben. Darüber hinaus sorgen Wartungs- und Sicherheitsupdates für eine noch stabilere und zuverlässigere Nutzung. Vielen Dank für euer Feedback und weiterhin viel Freude mit der POCO-App.

Das ist noch Besserung nach oben

Ich hatte so eine App noch nie. Man kann sich als Kunde nicht anmelden, nur Artikelnummern eingeben oder Artikel scannen. Artikel suchen geht nur, wenn man die Nummer schon hat, sonst findet man gar nichts. Die Suche ist damit eine komplette Katastrophe. Für mich ist die App so nicht nutzbar, deshalb werde ich sie wieder löschen.

Wo kommen all die positiven Bewertungen her?

Für mein empfinden ist eure App weder innovativ noch übersichtlich. Nach einem Einkauf wird mir der Auftrag per Mail als PDF zugesandt. Anschließend ist in der App nichts mehr von meinem Einkauf zu sehen. Ich kann vor Abholung der Ware weder etwas ändern noch hinzufügen. Es wird groß mit einem App Deal über 10 % geworben und nach Eingabe der Artikelnummern, habe ich bis zum Bezahlvorgang nirgends die Möglichkeit den Code für den 10% App Deal einzugeben. Wenn ich den Markt ändern möchte, wird dieses auch nicht gespeichert. Gut, dass ich nicht mit Apple Pay bezahlt habe. Sollte ich bei Abholung der Ware nicht die 10 % an der Kasse erhalten, wird der mir schnell aufs Auge gedrückte Kaufvertrag von meiner Seite aus nichtig.

Anmeldung nicht möglich wegen angeblich fehlender Internetverbindung

Ich würde die App gerne nutzen, kann mich aber nicht einloggen, da ich angeblich nicht mit dem Internet verbunden sei.
