The app does not show up in game as it does in the YouTube video...there are things missing. Because the app support page is in Spanish-I am not sure how to get help with this.

Where is pocoyo and Plato every time I choose an animation there not here it is like they had gone into the shadow realm dude but I like the game but can you please fix it 🥺
