Ever since the update the app is absolutely terrible. I have tried to contact the developers to send me the old version and have had no luck. I am no longer able to track my drivers locations, I am no longer able to see delivery status, I am no longer able to track ETA’s. The app update also makes the default location Singapore every time you login therefore you have zoom out to the United States or wherever you are located. The interface looks like a computer rather than a mobile version. It requires you to press the back button to do everything rather than a Direct push button for each functionality, as it did before. Not to mention they went up in price by five dollars per vehicle per month. I signed in my account and it shows loading summary and crashes straight away. Please fix it. ### 3/5 — Awful update *2023-04-15* This app was great before the update. I wish there was a way to revert back to the previous version. The new UI is not as efficient, to me. I try to avoid using it on my phone as much as possible now and use my computer whenever I can, instead. For example, in my list of vehicles, when I try to click the jobs list for the vehicle listed at the bottom, it opens the actions menu instead — there’s just not enough of a gap when you scroll down that the two overlap when you try to tap on jobs. This seems to be an issue with any button that sits above the actions menu. Also, the job list is no longer in chronological order once deliveries have begun, which becomes time consuming when trying to find a delivery from the list short of searching for it. Also, having to click an “x” certain selections (like viewing a job) is so unnecessary, whereas before you could just tap outside the pop up. I find this UI requires so many more steps to do the same things that were done in one tap with the previous version. Sadly and highly disappointed in this update, unfortunately. ### 3/5 — Day is wrong in calendar *2020-08-10, version 1.15.0* For some reason the calendar always marks today as tomorrow’s date. When I do have an issue I email them and they respond very quickly. I Love the new upgrades and look forward to the dashboard update around Christmas! ### 5/5 — Be updated wherever you are. *2016-12-25, version 1.0.1* With Detrack's Manager App, I can finally have a peace of mind, as all delivery statuses can be checked simply using my mobile phone. No more worrying about unsuccessful jobs and rushing to get access to a computer to rectify any delivery issues. Definitely an App that would make our lives so much more convenient. Love it! ### 5/5 — Everything you need at your fingertips *2016-12-23, version 1.0.1* The convenience of Detrack's Manager App cannot be overstated. The app is extremely helpful as all your deliveries can be checked, and any issues can be rectified while you are on the move. Just like the Driver's App, the Detrack Manager App is such an ease to use, with its' simple and clean interface, and all the user-friendly functions. I've waited for long time for this app to arrive, but the wait has definitely been worth it.
