It contains a number of looped beats sorted by genre. *updated* there is a slider to adjust bpm which can be very useful. I have actually started to use this way more with audiobooks which helps with motivation for a far longer time than music alone. This is why I randomly get text messages from spammers. You don’t need this info. At least not in this beginning phase.
