Stay tuned. ### 2/5 — Freezes and kicks me out *2020-05-16* My app is up to date. It continuously freezes when I attempt to add podcasts to my playlists and kicks me off. It’s particularly frustrating because I’m scrolling through many podcasts to get to the date I want (early 2019) and it stops working. Thanks for taking the time to leave us a review. ### 2/5 — Glitchy *2020-03-18* Love the concept of this app and it is great, when it actually works (which is maybe about 15% of the time). I click on the link to contact the developer to let them know of my issues and I get the same result that I get most of the time while trying to open the app, it just shuts down. Hopefully I’ll start seeing better results soon. Would love to listen for often. **Developer response:** Hi there, Sorry for the delayed reply on your review. Have emailed 3 shows and get no response. What is going on. Where can you get support for this app? ### 1/5 — Doesnt work *2023-01-17* Only says bad url ### 1/5 — First impression - Glitchy at best *2020-11-03* Downloaded primarily to listen to older Garage Logic episodes and to explore other MN podcasts. But when I spend the considerable time scrolling through the GL episode list (it has to re-load after about every 5 episodes), I hit the download icon and the app freezes and shuts down. Did this multiple times while logged in. Nice try with this - but a swing and a miss on execution. In our testing, we are not experiencing the same issues that you are reporting here. Could you possibly share some more information of what screen you are on when you are having the loading issues? Is is the Garage Logic podcast screen or maybe on a playlist or under new episodes on the 'my podcasts' screen? Has this issue happened more than once and do you still experience it? It would also help to know what device and iOS version you are running. We'd love to help better this experience for you. Thanks for taking the time to leave us a review. ### 2/5 — Glitchy *2024-06-25* Lately while listening to GL the episode will skip back and replay something from 10-20 seconds ago, and or skip forward a tiny bit and something is missed. If I use the backwards button it is still skipping. What’s up with that? **Developer response:** Hi there, PodMN does not share any user information with any third parties. Thanks for using PodMN! ### 2/5 — No credit for listening *2023-11-08* I have to uninstall and reinstall every day to get credit for listening toward prize entries. ### 2/5 — Doesn’t work *2023-10-19* It is not giving me credit for listening unless I uninstall and reinstall every day. I’ll listen for several hours in a day and none of the rewards will register. It says to keep listening to unlock. Signing out and then signin does not correct this, only uninstalling and installing. ### 2/5 — No credit for listening *2023-10-16* Last month this app suddenly stopped giving me credit for listening unless I uninstall and reinstall each day. I’ve tried logging on and off and still have to uninstall and reinstall. ### 2/5 — Emailed ads *2021-01-04, version 1.1.7* I seem to be getting email advertising, from places I have never heard of, more often since signing up and using the podmn app. Is this a coincidence? **Developer response:** Hi there, PodMN does not share any user information with any third parties. Thanks for using PodMN! ### 2/5 — Disappointed *2020-11-19* Admittedly this could be an issue with Apple and the bugs that follow rolling out their new phones and the iOS updates that find with it, but I’ve had regular bugs using the PodMN app and it’s very frustrating. It works better, but not without crashing, if I gave WiFi, but out in the woods or elsewhere it craps out often. I like the idea of this app and would love it if it worked, it just hasn’t so far. UPDATE: PodMN support reached out to ask what was happening so the customer service angle is strong. Also, sharing what version of iPhone you are using and what iOS you are on will help us as well.
