Regardless of how I move my neck with my AirPods in, the meter says my posture is GOOD.

Update: Dev kindly replied to my initial review and clarified that my AirPods (2nd gen) are incompatible.

I've been meaning to add a view that displays if your AirPods are incompatible for a while, should be pushing a fix within the next month. 
The app only supports AirPods with a motion sensor (max, pros, 3rd gens).

Been using this app on and off when I remember pretty much since it came out, and works super well! Seen a bunch of updates always making it work even better, can highly recommend to AirPods owners.
Haven’t tried with other headphones, but look forward to seeing what comes next for the app as it keeps getting better and better!

The app does just as it says, and it’s only getting better and better. I’m serious though, if you’re looking to fix your posture and are dedicated to doing the work, this app can help you! Just like everything else, it’s up to you to use it— but this app does its job!
