They are really basic and I just wanted to try the 2b figurine to pose with, not pay for everything. Whoever created this must kill themselves and admit what they done for this app. Are you expecting us to be be rich and pay for everything?? **Developer response:** Thank you for your feedback and valuable suggestion. The Pro membership in the new version unlocks advanced model adjustment features. Free users can still export images and save action screenshots at no cost. Thanks for your understanding. ### 2/5 — Crashes way too much. *2025-12-17* I spent money on the ball joint doll model and it won’t even load without crashing my tablet. But it sure didn’t crash when taking my money to buy it. And weirdly enough the ZZZ characters load just fine? There is currently only a handful of poses and they are all very basic. I did get refunded for the tokens I spent on previous packs but what good is this balance in my account if I can’t even buy any good packs? I loved using this app because even though I was getting ripped off the convenience of having 600 or so poses to pick from in one pack was worth it. Now I have about 80 poses with buying everything…I think it was released too soon because it is definitely not worth any money right now ### 1/5 — What? *2025-10-18, version 3.0.1* After whatever update came out, I lost all my models with the credit being given back to me. I have NOT agreed for that. They only let you buy annual membership and I bought it on September 10. Then, they rolled out the new update today (1 month after my purchase) and moved all of the pro license functions to “ultra license” (and made it 60% more expensive). All previous pro license owners got switched to lifetime membership of the updated pro tier which only gets access to the free models plus a few extra features like adjust lighting which is useless. I basically lost 11 months of pro license features that I paid for due to this update. I tried to contact their support email to request a refund but I got a bounce back email saying the address does not exist. I’m hoping I can get a refund through the App Store. ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Paywalls *2026-08-20* Can’t use it because everything to use is behind a paywall. Just go buy a physical posing doll for no subscription charge and 100x the freedom ### 1/5 — Impossible to make an account *2026-05-03, version 3.2.2* They fail to send the verification code within their own time limit ### 1/5 — No longer working *2026-04-03* For some reason, the app is no longer working. When I open it or try to log in I receive an error message. “Your certificate is invalid.” And then a message saying my network doesn’t work, even if I am online. Then the screen is just black. I’ve updated and reinstalled the app and nothing changes. Sad because I spent money on it and enjoyed the app, and now I can’t even access it. **Developer response:** We take your feedback very seriously. You can’t do anything without making an account and I can’t even sign up, it literally won’t show anything when I try to! This is extremely disappointing since the models looked so well made in the photos just for it to not work :/ **Developer response:** Sorry, the access issue has been fixed by our technical team. Please update the app to the latest version and reconnect. If the problem persists, contact us at create@pofiart.com. ### 1/5 — Disappointed *2026-02-19* I was left very disappointed after using the app. Quite literally EVERYTHING is paywalled and a select few models in the free version were actually useable. At one point, the page where you could manipulate the model would not load whatsoever. They do not compare to the functionality and quality of this app. I’m very happy to see that the app is starting to get frequently updated now!
