This new updated features are a blessing to have. This makes my life so much easier. The users that left poor feedback might have had an old phone that isn’t compatible with today’s newest apps. Users don’t read before they install apps, they just hope the apps works for their needs. User Error!!! I give this app a Two Thumbs Up! So annoying!!! ### 1/5 — Annoying Soliciting Notifications *2025-07-17, version 2025.5.0.3* If you have notifications turned on, the app pushes MANY notifications, bone of which are important. They are all from the “news” feed which really are just advertisements. I reached out to PBCU by means of email to inquire as to how to turn those notifications off, and my email was acknowledged and the the ticket (ticket #25797) was closed without any human being reaching out to me or any fix made or any resolution suggested. Appears PBCU just doesn’t really care. Banking apps, in my opinion, should notify of you of IMPORTANT things happening with your account. It is alarming to see a notification on a banking app and it creates an urgent response. This should not be “selling” opportunity.
