This provides a quick widget I can glance at to track the age of my new baby :)

Turning the phone on and off fixed the live activity issue. Please please consider adding a shortcuts action for setting the ‘point in time’ Thanks for considering 😊

Please also consider the ability to ‘name’ what the point in time is? And perhaps set a corresponding symbol or emoji.
