Yes, there have been occasional issues which may be attributed to the credit union partners. The app does what I need to do and ,I appreciate the convenience it provides. ### 3/5 — Failed facial recognition login *2023-07-12* Every time I activate the facial recognition, upon logging in it tells me my account is locked. When I call support they me my account isn't locked.
