I can not lock my home from my phone I can only do it on the wall unit. I uninstall reinstall and it keeps saying error. It’s useless unless your home to use the wall unit if your using the app it won’t work. It’s very glitchy and I have problems daily.

The executives of this company are bad and should feel bad. The app has no integration with any other smart system out there. You can’t add your own devices. The interface is rudimentary and old. The Siri integration is terrible. There is scant customization. This system is for the benefit of the property owner; alarm.com and rental managers only pretend it’s for residents.
