I have to take the photo within the app. There were times where I would lose signal, even on wifi and I had to bother patients more than 5 times to try and take the photo within the app. Bring back the option to upload photos from the phone gallery please. ### 1/5 — Unable To Login *2024-03-13, version 3.0.2* 3/12/24 & 3/13/24 unable to login to Chart Pic. The app won’t let me login half the time and when it does it’s slow and shows a never ending loading wheel. Measurements are never accurate and you can’t change them if it auto measures. Pictures get deleted from offline photos randomly and way before the 7 day mark. Terrible app. It’s also frustrating when doing the wound characteristics that it’s in increments of 10% when it should be in 5%. Would not recommend. ### 1/5 — If I could give zero stars I would *2025-12-30* This app won’t upload photos, the measurements disappear or doesn’t transfer into the chart. This makes my job frustrating and more time consuming. Pictures that won't attach? How about a system that constantly duplicates the wounds? This one is for you if you go wild for apps that don't allow staff to log in! If you like to look busy but never actually get your job done and you're okay with that then get this app for your healthcare facility. Great update 🙃 ### 1/5 — Error *2024-11-12* I have to restart the app multiple times because it would constantly stop working correctly. And it keeps giving me a network error when my internet connection is stable. What’s up with that? Give back the ability to upload photos from the gallery. Now the bad.
