Festival requests are back on the events page & we'll be faster to support all the upcoming ones. ### 4/5 — Not updated !!! *2023-08-01* I was so excited to use this app and had all my friends download it but none of the festival maps and set times have been updated! Hard Summer is coming up and still no update, if you can please update it before then it would be much appreciated and I’ll redo my review! **Developer response:** Sorry for lagging Alexis we were working on a new release and were slow to add the upcoming events. If it's still giving you issues message us from the "Chat with us" section on the account page and we'll get it sorted ASAP ### 1/5 — Very limited number of festivals available *2023-06-25* I was excited to use this app for hangout fest with my friends! I requested for them to add the festival well in advance. They added it but just the name of the festival and the details “lineup and map not yet released” or something along those lines. The lineup and map had been out for sometime. Checked periodically to see if they had updated and they never did. If you are going to advertise on tiktok be ready to accommodate more than like 2 festivals… Maybe I will have a chance to use it in the future but for now I’m deleting the app. **Developer response:** Totally understandable, we'll work on flushing out the app with more festivals to choose from. If we're missing any you want we added a festival request button on the festival selection page. We hope you'll give us another chance! ### 2/5 — Please update for Bonnaroo 2023!! *2023-06-13* Hi the Bonnaroo maps and lineups have been out for awhile now! Please update ASAP as the festival starts this week! I know that everyone at Roo would love to use this app. It worked well for my friends and I at Okeechobee in March. There is a QR code you can use in person, it's in the account section. Also if you add them to your contacts and sync you should be available add them from the friends tab. In most cases there’s no service ..so.. **Developer response:** Hi Majocenteno, sorry the friend finding didn't workout for you but we appreciate the feedback. Currently you need the friend navigator on both phones to be open for the offline tracker to work and is limited to less than 900 feet so it's geared towards finding friends a specific stage. For instance, what is the "Festival Request" page for? It's empty! Well, there's a text input field but no submit button 🤦 ### 1/5 — Buggy and confusing *2024-11-09* This is my first review ever, but I think this one needs a lot of improvement. I couldn’t link to friends and I have no idea what the Set Festival page is for, it doesn’t do anything and gets stuck. I was also bombarded by permission requests which was unsettling. ### 1/5 — Garbage *2024-10-19* Completely useless app, should actually be removed from the App Store entirely. I downloaded for an upcoming festival to be able to keep track of my friends but I can’t even request the festival. I can’t do anything at all, literally no festivals or shows even pop up. Went to a festival with no reception and the only time the app found one of my friends was if they also had the app open and were right next to me. We all had location services set to always. Finding friends at a festival is sooooooo hard and this made it SO much easier! They even have the festival app so you can make meet up points and find where you’re friends are at the festival.
