External transfers is a big plus, making it easier to move money. My accounts are organized how I like them. Couldn’t say enough great things about the app and this bank! ### 1/5 — Worst app *2024-08-02* Banks technology is so outdated. It’s caused me to miss payments and not be able to see met balance because the app isn’t working most of the time. I will be closing this account. ### 1/5 — Old App Was Better *2024-07-06* I have ran into nothing but difficulties with this app. Multiple times upon logging in, I have received a notification that states that the app “can’t retrieve my account.” But, I will try a few hours later and it will work just fine. Its very inconsistent. Additionally, I have tried so many times to change my delivery method for the security code considering the app insists on sending me one every single time I log in, but I have been unable to each time. Also, I have had to reset my password TWICE because after just one failed attempt, it says I am locked out of my account and need to reset my password. Simply checking an account balance should not be this difficult. ### 5/5 — BEST UPDATE EVRR!! *2024-06-24* For real this update is this best! Was so happy to see it functioning super well with all the new features. Love love love!
