I pay for their service and the app is still covered in ads like it’s a free phone game. There are also constant prompts for credit card signups. I can almost forgive the credit card promos but the cheap banner ads are ridiculous.

This app doesn’t even work. Most of the supposed flight deals don’t even exist when you go the airline website.

When you reach out to support, they take so long to answer and act like they’re better than you

The app does not work. Nearly every flight deal the app shows does not exist.

Don’t get me started on the fake “32 alerts”. Each day counts as an alert. So if you set any reasonable date range, it gets used up.

Very buggy. Kind of frustrating to use, even though a particular cabinet is elected, it’ll still show you other cabin spirit for example, if I select premium economy, only, will still show economy.

App won’t even open after their recent update. Right as I signed up for premium. It just keeps crashing - uninstalling and reinstalling doesn’t help

I think search results extracted and for the premium customers they me advising that the route has availability because the moment I search later in 10 mins it is gone so I withdrawn my premium membership and using basic one
