## What is POIS?

Your AirPods can do more than play music. POIS uses the motion sensors in compatible AirPods to help you notice when your head stays tilted down.

A small cue in your ears. A moment to look up. Then back to whatever matters.

POSTURE AWARENESS WITHOUT THE NAGGING
• Start a session with compatible headphones and set your own natural reference position.
• POIS pays attention to sustained head movement, not every quick glance at your screen.
• Hear a discreet sound when it's time to check in with your posture.
• Lock your iPhone and keep working, studying, scrolling, or walking while your session continues.
• Review your session and build awareness over time—without chasing a perfect posture score.

FOR DESKS, DEVICES, AND EVERYDAY LIFE
Long stretches at a laptop. Looking down at your phone. Getting absorbed in a project. It's easy to lose track of how you're holding your head. POIS is a gentle posture reminder for those everyday moments.

Want to carry yourself differently? It starts with noticing. POIS makes that small habit easier without turning your day into a workout or a lecture.

PERSONAL, NOT PRESCRIPTIVE
There isn't one perfect head angle for everyone. POIS starts with your reference position and responds to sustained drift. It isn't a camera-based posture checker or a medical device.

COMPATIBILITY
Requires an iPhone and compatible AirPods with head-motion support. Some compatible Beats headphones may also work; check the supported-model list in the app or at withpois.com before subscribing. An active session and Bluetooth connection are required.

PRIVACY AND MEMBERSHIP
No camera is used for posture sensing. POIS offers optional subscriptions, with a 3-day free trial for eligible new subscribers. Available prices and renewal terms are shown before purchase; subscriptions renew until canceled through your Apple account.
