## What is Poise Payroll?

The Poise mobile app is designed to provide an easy-to-use interface for employees to manage their personal information, view their pay slips, Attendance input  and apply for leave. Here is an overview of the key functionalities of the Poise mobile app:

1.	Personal Information: Employees can view  their personal information, such as their name, address, and contact details.
2.	Pay slips: Employees can view their pay slips, including their salary, bonuses, and deductions.
3.	Leave Application: Employees can apply for leave, including annual leave, sick leave, and other types of leave. They can also view their leave balance and leave history.
4.	Calendar: Employees can view  company holidays .
5.	Contact Details: Employees can view and contact their colleagues and managers through the app.
6.	Mark Attendance: Employees can use the Poise mobile app to mark their attendance. The app can capture the GPS location of the employee based on the location marked by the manager.
7.	Geo-fencing: The app can use geofencing technology to ensure that employees mark their attendance from a specific location, such as the workplace or a client site as per the setup  done by HR Admin if any.
8.	Leave Approval: The app allows managers to approve or reject leave requests submitted by employees.
9.	Security: The Poise mobile app ensures the privacy and security of employee data by requiring login credentials and using encryption to protect sensitive information.
