How Poke! works: 

1. Join or Create a Squad: Personalize your goal, set clear deadlines and structure for yourself, and kick-start your journey to turn your aspirations into achievements. 
2. Invite Accountability Buddies: Add other motivated accountability seekers to your squad. Your squad members will help keep you accountable for accomplishing your goals! 
3. Share Your Progress: Upload a photo each day to verify you've completed your daily goal. If everyone uploads on time, your squad's streak continues. But be careful not to let your squad down — if one of you fails to upload, your squad’s streak will reset! 
4. Build Camaraderie: Use the timeline to view squad uploads, high-five each other, and send gentle "Poke!" reminders to members who haven't uploaded yet. 
5. Track Your Progress: Visit your profile to see all your past uploads and celebrate how far you've come!
